Anime Festival @ London Anime Con This 20-21 July & Cosplay Stars Ticket Contests!‏

London Anime Con shall have even more of a festival & party vibe this 20-21 July with marquees set up in the large courtyard area next to the venue! This expansion shall give more space for attendees to relax and unwind. New areas shall include a Maid Cafe, Cosplay Chillout Zone, internet shows chillout, an expanded anime screening area and a new LAN Zone for games such as Minecraft and League of Legends. Of course there will still be the existing Video Gaming Zone, Exhibitors, Two Stages of Events till late, TCG Zone, Artist Alley and more to provide an action packed weekend for you!

To celebrate we are running a series of ticket fb contests hosted by our Cosplay Stars, (another new addition to the show with over 12 of the most well known cosplayers in the UK and Europe attending) with pairs of tickets up for grabs!

This is only the tip of the iceberg as there will also be free signing sessions from Voice Actor Mike Pollock (the voice of Dr Eggman, Bonaparte in Yu-Gi-Oh!, and the narrator in Pokémon amongst dozens of other anime/gaming titles) and David Vincent (Grimmjow from Bleach and many other anime titles) as well as talks from them and the rest of LAC's ever growing lineup of guests. Other highlights include an exclusive preview of Tales of Xillia from Namco-Bandai, with it available to play one week ahead of launch, as part of a GamesAid fundraiser, as well as live music from bands and singers including top Japanese Metal Star Yama-B, and X-Factor Finalist Kitty Brucknel!

Of course, all the popular events such as the Cosplay Masquerade, Talent Show, Otaku Fashion Show, Clan Battle, Gaming Tournaments and so forth shall be returning and you can check out the action packed timetable of all that HERE.
