So its like the drifters anime huh. It better have the same quality to it then.

I hope the studio does. The director is knowledgeable, so bringing good artists into the studio will not be an excuse.

I really just have no faith in this director. Voice cast is pretty awesome at least. Oh well, if it sucks I'll just pick up the game.

Most new studios are like that. Studio 3Hz was founded by ex Kinema Citrus director Masaki Tachibana. Troyca was founded by Ei Aoki (Fate/Zero director). Studio NUT was founded by an ex Madhouse employee. Madhouse founder Masao Maruyama, left to found MAPPA in 2011, and then left to found M2 in 2016.

Interesting so much of his background is visual novel adaptations (two seasons of Rewrite and three of Grisaia), particularly with VNs kind of falling out of favor lately. Hope this is successful.

Yeah and he did a crap job on all of them, especially Rewrite, so I don't have high hopes for this adaptation either.
