That should be coming out, with a new studio after the gohands one got... "canned". It's probably in a bit of limbo due to the nature of what happened with the gohands version.
I don't know why they didn't just licence the fashion they (gohands) plagiarised, but i don't care for gohands so gift horse.

..or why they tried reinventing the wheel instead of adapting the manga as is, in it's proper timeline. Those CLAMP designs were already there

I can't imagine they're gonna be prioritizing quality considering Kadokawa has said before they want to do 40 productions per year
