Given that Bae Doona is more well-known amongst some of her international audiences (yes the US too) thanks to her post-Linda Linda Linda roles like Netflix's Sense8, and couple of films and TV dramas (including K-dramas). I hope Linda Linda Linda could get a 2nd chance for the US market and given her role before she became more well-known in the US, I hope it could help raise the awareness of the film. I would like it if GKIDS can do a interview with Bae Doona for the US home video release (as a special feature) to talk about her behind the scene work for Linda Linda Linda.
If anyone on ANN that knows someone that is a big fan of Bae Doona's work and has never seen or heard of this film, show them this article. The more, the better to help the film do better in the US again. |

Yeah, this being the bigger news because they could right a huge wrong that was in Funi's release (half of it confirmed with the restored text). |

This is excellent news! I've been wondering when someone would release this movie on blu ray. Truly a quality movie & one I thank for my enduring love for Band stories & THE BLUE-HEARTS' classic LINDA LINDA. Good stuff!
