Kinda concerned about those Yakuza numbers for S2 but it's still too early to tell. I would love for future games to come especially the latest one.
Mario Kart World will be the best selling game for the system I'm calling it now.
Surprised the Castlevania Collection is up there. Did it just get released there?

From what I have heard 0 Director's Cut is by and large the worst way to play the game given the amount of story retcons and changes it made. The original game often gets discounted to a few dollars on Steam. I would advise you getting it there.

All I know is they added a dub.

I see Japan still refuses to buy great games that aren't published by Nintendo. Not to mention games that are targeted at adults.

Game looks uninteresting to me but Death Stranding 2's numbers are right there.
Otherwise it looks mostly like remakes and remasters. I played Yakuza 0 ten years ago. I played Raidou even longer ago. Put our some good, new games instead or remaster slop and maybe people will be more interested.

I find it hilarious considering the LAD games are no stranger to jank retcons and plotholes.

Famitsu numbers are for physical sales and Yakuza is a Game Key Card release, so low physical numbers may just mean that people preferred the digital version to that and not that Yakuza isn't selling.

On a different note, Tamagotchi selling so much more for SW1 than SW2 is interesting, I wonder how many of those are purchases for SW2 that plan to get an upgrade pack vs people still playing on Switch. I have seen a lot of people say they will buy any cross gen games on SW1 then add the upgrade pack to get the full game on a physical card. Of course that anecdote may not apply everywhere.
