Oh my god??? I never thought this day would come! Praying for a high-quality translation on par with Asadora and 20th Century Boys. Urasawa's work deserves it.

Nice, Billy Bat has been one of probably top 3 manga series I've been waiting to see get an English physical release. Now I just hope it's not AI translations.
