All they did was remove a pipe from one accessory so it can be released in countries where smoking in public is banned. That's not even really worth remarking on.

Some mods will fix that if this is coming to pc. Or they can just add paid dlc for it. I think the game that got shafted the most was probably a Bravely Default game and the Fire Emblem Persona crossover game, I forget the name of it.
