I hate to be that guy, but the music is from Mega Man 2, but the Wily Machine and Yellow Devil are from the first game.

I hope Mega Man and Proto Man both get the voice actors in both English and Japanese.

^And Proto Man is from Mega Man 3 and the Rush cart is from Mega Man: Battle & Chase.

Not the first time the Blue Blur and Blue Bomber crossed paths, and I'm not talking about Smash Bros. either.

Sadly it's been confirmed that no DLC guest character is going to have Voice Acting at all, not even the ones from Sega franchises have it.

Such a weird combination of characters to have in a Sonic game, but they're a welcomed inclusion. It's nice that the racetrack doesn't look half-arsed, though it was very predictable that the Rush Car and Wily's Castle were gonna be the picks - not sure how I feel about that, but overall the trailer looks great.

Looks fun! I already play Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with a mii wearing the Mega Man outfit. It will be nice to transition to this game.

That's such a bummer, especially when the Rival Interaction dialogue is some of the best parts of the game.

This is the proof how Capcom is very strict with the voice acting in their games. All of the Mega Man media was voiced in Canada, thanks to the 1994 Ruby-Spears cartoon being voiced in that country. The only exception to that rule was the Mega Man Zero sub-franchise, which was only voiced in Japanese.

^Mega Man 8, X4, X7 & ZX Advent had their dubs produced in Japan while Mega Man 11, along with X & Zero in the Marvel Vs. Capcom games and Viz's Star Force anime dub, was done in Los Angeles so Capcom does have a current Mega Man & Wily thanks to 11.

This has nothing to do with Capcom. Like i said none of the guest characters have voices, not even the ones owned by Sega themselves, so Capcom ain't the problem here.

It's so bizarre that that's not the case. At the very least, if they were gonna do non-voiced characters they should have kept with mute characters like Joker. Bringing in a bunch of characters who are known for (in various media) talking or joking or singing, then not having them do that is just weird. Like, sure, if you're not gonna make Rival dialogue stuff for them then fine, whatever, but completely mute is.... well, a choice, I guess, and I don't know why Sega's making it.

Just in Mega Man's case, he dioesn't speak im Smash Bros, Brawlhalla or Dragalia Lost when it was around. I fine with him being silent in this game too. His silence always feels like a throwback to the old 8 bit games to me when voice acting wasn't a thing.

Which make sense if Rock didn’t speak in the cutscenes that the 8 bit Megaman games have.

True but there's still no voice acting. I would be fine if Sonic Racing Crossworlds sufficed with win quotes the way fighting games do and granted my Switch copy doesn't arrive until tomorrow so haven't played it, but I don't think that's a thing in this game.

Also there's a divide on what Mega Man should sound like in the West. Some want him sounding like a teen (cartoon, MM11). Most a little kid. There's probably some who want his girly MvC / MM8 voice. If you use him in Exoprimal that's what he sounds like still, but he is just a skin for a female armor so there's that. With no voice in Sonic Racing Crossworlds I think you can either look at it as all of us winning or all of us losing. I just think it's trickier than Sonic, Mega Man's voice isn't defined. At least in the West.

Proto Man is even more difficult. He hasn't had a voice in the West since Mega Man Powered Up. I guess he would have a voice that sounded like an English version of his Mega Man X DiVE voice. But who knows.
