umm...how do i ask this...

is this the same company that runs g123? because i'm pretty divided on them in general...think i even talked about them back a while ago...and it has nothing to do with the source material, it's g123's business strategy.

but tl;dr, guess i just don't like how they reuse a lot of stuff across games, and it feels like they're games aren't really made with actual passion for the source material. i get these games have fans, and i'm happy games like dragon maid are getting games (especially since the last game we got was a shoot-em-up) but for me personally, i don't really see it...

it also doesn't help the marketing is a massive turn off for me. i couldn't really browse pixiv back in the day without seeing an ad for at least one of their games.

again, just a me thing probably...

Don't you mean "no one I know under 30"? I was enough of a fan of this one to get the OST, but I don't think I've seen anyone bring it up or cosplay it in at least a decade now.

I turn 30 this year and love this anime since i watched back in 2013, you probably meant less than 30 haha, the new generation don't know about this sadly...
Oh and i use WhatsApp for family reasons, don't know about your country but here almost everyone has an account and most of them uses it.

I’m sure it varies city by city in the US, but around here, people are much more likely to say “can you WhatsApp me the address?” Instead of “can you text me the address?” Doesn’t matter their age.

It must vary a lot by region, then, because nobody I know among family, friends, or the gamers I regularly associate with does this.

Seriously, I've never met anyone who uses WhatsApp.

Yeah, I had barely even heard of it until I started working in a city with a significant 1st/2nd generation immigrant population. I looked into why it was so ubiquitous with that demographic, and it turns out that WhatsApp is considered the easiest to use way to bypass phone plan surcharges for international calls/texts.
