Can anyone tell me where can i get CG programs because i wnat to make manga?and where can i get photshop

photoshop can be purchased from most major software stores for several hundred dollars..

if you're a college student, usually you can get a non-commercial license for a significant discount, from the computer store on campus..

Or you can just use the Gimp, which is an open source photo editor, pretty similar to Photoshop. And I think it's still free....
