Interesting! I found the series to be rather mediocre, but the universe seems quite fascinating. Can't wait to see how this turns out. Monty would have loved hearing this.

That teaser visual is really nice.
Speaking of Shirow Miwa, I'd love to see Dogs Bullets and Carnage get a full anime series.

Mmm, I too found the series lacking in a lot of areas, but i was interested into seeing where it was going. If I were to compare it to other CG shows, the show thusfar reminded me of the original CG Beast Wars, where the early content felt too much like trying to be something it wasn't, but later grew up to do its own thing.
Really wonder what they're gonna wind up doing with the main series now. There are pieces there that can really come together.

My question is, will the manga get translations and be released in other countries simultaneously (ie. North America)?

Simultaneously? Probably not. I'd be surprised if it wasn't licensed though, especially if it's going to be canon considering Rooster Teeth's supervisory role. Assuming RT themselves aren't planning to start their own publishing division, Viz is the likely candidate, considering it's technically a Jump title from Shueisha.

Yes I am interested into what parties are going to receive credit for the story when the manga starts getting released. Will Rooster Teeth be involved in some way? Will there be tribute to Monty?

I can't imagine anything RWBY not having Monty's name on it somewhere. I mean he came up with the original concept. It'd be like not having JRR Tolkien's name on Middle Earth stuff.

Yea, this Shirow work is looking and "feeling" like a fanart work.
