Outstanding, I have been waiting for a long time for any news on Saga of Tanya the Evil. I am so looking forward to when this will be released here in the States.

Also, know it’s wishful thinking, but they should contact Rammstein to contribute a song from their upcoming album. The timing is just too perfect to not try at least!

Awesome. For some reason, I thought this film would take longer to come out. More Tanya is always welcome, and I hope we'll get another season of the TV series after this.

I could see Crunchy or Funi doing a limited theater run. I'd be shocked if we didn't at least get a BD/DVD release.

That's Mary Sue,a grade A psycho of a Mary Sue charcter, versus Tanya. The anime altered her [Mary's} father's story line to the point where he took on her role for a bit.
Question is will they just hand wave this away or alter the the story more...

I'm much more interested in "alternate Earth WWI era" than the whole "Being X" business, so I hope that's emphasized, Tanya being a military genius, partially because she remembers some history from our world. Also, I'm looking forward to all of Tanya's expressions.

They’re referring to the new Code Geass movie releasing the same weekend as this movie. Code Geass will probably beat out Tanya.

Tanya vs Mary incoming. But has her last name to be Sue? It worked for her father, but it sounds too matter with Mary.

Yeah, that was just speculation back in January 2018 that the "important announcement" would be a second season; instead, it turned out to be this movie. It says so in the article.
