Knew it was a pipe dream but i was realy hoping they'd drop Switch support. Would love to see a fully next gen Ys

...wut? How can they drop something they've never had? Falcom has never supported the Switch. They develop for Sony consoles exclusively, with Vita/PS4 for Ys VIII, and PS4 for every game since. NISA, who have been licensing their games since Ys VIII, have been contracting a completely different studio (currently Durante's PH3 Games) to develop ports of Falcom's games for the PC and Switch.
In other words, you've already been getting a "fully next gen Ys." Falcom is a low budget studio and can't afford better than we've been getting. Which is all the more reason they should've shifted production to the cheaper and more popular platform.

I was super disappointed in the Switch port of Ys 9, it was barely playable. The Steam Deck will be where I'll finish Ys 9 and where I'll play Ys 10
