Performers to collaborate on TV anime's "dots and lines" opening song

The singer You Hitoto and the Rhymester hip-hop group member Mummy-D announced on Friday that they will perform theme songs for the television anime adaptation of Masakazu Katsura's Zetman manga. Hitoto and Mummy-D will collaborate on the opening theme "dots and lines," while Hitoto will perform the ending theme "Tomeru" alone.

Hitoto performed theme songs for the Aishiteru ze Baby and Pattenrai!! - Minami no Shima no Mizu Monogatari anime. Mummy-D contributed to the opening theme songs for the Letter Bee and Ayakashi - Samurai Horror Tales television anime series.

Osamu Nabeshima (D.Gray-man, Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas) is directing Zetman at TMS Entertainment. Daisuke Namikawa (Kimi ni Todoke, Hunter X Hunter) and Mamoru Miyano (Death Note, Chihayafuru) will play the leads Jin Kanzaki and Kouga Amagi.

The story centers around Jin, a homeless boy whose true form is the new superhuman lifeform "ZET," and an industrial magnate's heir named Kōga with his own secret.

The anime will premiere in April.
