posted on by Egan Loo
The official website of the Kuroshitsuji television anime franchise has begun streaming the fifth television commercial for the Kuroshitsuji II anime on Friday. The previous four television commercials are still being streamed on the same page. The second anime series inspired by Yana Toboso's original Kuroshitsuji manga will premiere in Japan on July 1. Takahiro Sakurai will play the new butler Claude Faustas, and Nana Mizuki will play the master Alois Trancy.
The Yahoo! Japan website began streaming the 46-second full trailer for Shochiku's Konchū Monogatari Mitsubachi Hutch - Yūki no Melody film remake of The Adventures of Hutch the Honeybee anime classic on Tuesday. Kundō Koyama, the writer of the Oscar-winning film Departures (Okuribito), is producing the film with director Tetsuro Amino (Macross 7, Iron Leaguer, Broken Blade) and script writer/character designer Noah Kawai from the 1974 Konchu Monogatari Shin Minashigo Hutch sequel. The film will open in Japan on July 31.
In the original anime, a honeybee named Hutch survives the destruction of his beehive by wasps, and embarks on a journey to find his mother. The film will have a new story that deals with a previously unseen human girl named Amy.
