Australia's Madman Ent. Stops Kill La Kill Streams After Leak

Oceania anime distributor Madman Entertainment announced on Friday that it has immediately suspended its streaming of Studio Trigger's Kill la Kill anime series. According to Madman, the anime was accessed from its servers prior to the Japanese television broadcast and illegally distributed via the Internet.
The second episode of Oreimo was leaked from Anime News Network in 2010 and subsequently pulled before resuming a month later. Funimation's One Piece and Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~ streams were compromised and leaked in 2009. Part of a Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 episode leaked from Bandai Channel five days before its official airing in 2008.
