Satelight, Rejet Announce Collaboration Event Anime Zephyr

An official website for a new anime project collaboration between anime studio Satelight (M3 the dark metal, Macross) and game developer Rejet (Diabolik Lovers) opened on Friday with a promotional video. The anime, titled Zephyr, will be an original event animation screened at Rejet Fes.2014 from October 11 to 12.

The story revolves around the boy band named Zephyr, who lives in the slums of Tokyo in the near future. They stopped producing music after a war. One day Ned, the lead vocalist, receives a message on his phone from his girlfriend who he thought died in the war.

The cast includes:

Meisa (Drums): Yūki Kaji

The staff includes:

Akio Watari is directing the series off of scripts by Yuuko Kakihara. Daisuke Iwasaki is in charge of story planning and Hirotaka Maeda is designing the characters. Studio Satelight will produce the animation. Other staff members include:
