Crunchyroll to Stream Jingai-san no Yome, More Fairy Tail, Thunderbolt Fantasy, Fist of the Blue Sky Regenesis

Crunchyroll announced on Friday that it will stream Thunderbolt Fantasy Sword Seekers, Jingai-san no Yome, Fist of the Blue Sky Regenesis 2, Xuan Yuan Sword Luminary, and the "final series" of Fairy Tail this fall.
Thunderbolt Fantasy Sword Seekers (Thunderbolt Fantasy: Tōriken Yūki 2) will be available worldwide outside of Asia. The show will premiere in Japan on October 1.
The staff is returning from the first season. Gen Urobuchi (Madoka Magica, Fate/Zero, Psycho-Pass, Aldnoah.Zero) was credited with the first season's original work, and he also wrote the scripts and served as chief supervisor. Nitroplus was credited with the character designs, and Good Smile Company was credited as the "modeling adviser." PILI Multimedia Inc., a well-known hand puppet drama production company in Taiwan, produced the series. Hiroyuki Sawano (Attack on Titan, Aldnoah.Zero, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress) composed the music and Yoshikazu Iwanami was the sound director. T.M. Revolution performed the theme song "Raimei."
The first season premiered in July 2016 and Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired. The Thunderbolt Fantasy: The Sword of Life and Death film opened in Japan in December 2017, and Crunchyroll began streaming the film in February.
The television anime of artist Akiwo Yasaka and author Yu Aikawa's Jingai-san no Yome (Non-Human Creature Wife) manga will be available worldwide outside of Asia. The anime will premiere in Japan on Tokyo MX on October 2 at 1:00 a.m. (effectively October 3 morning).
Hisayoshi Hirasawa is serving as chief director, with director Takumi Shibata at studio Saetta. Izuro Ijuuin is designing the characters for animation and WORDS in STEREO is handling series composition. Kōhei Miyahara is composing music. Hi!Superb is performing the theme song.
The four-panel manga follows a 16-year-old male high school student named tomari Hinowa who marries a mysterious and fluffy lifeform named Kanenogi.
Fist of the Blue Sky: Regenesis 2 will be available in North America, South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and English-speaking European countries. The season will debut in Japan on Amazon Prime Video on October 1, one week before the television broadcasts begin on October 8.
The anime's 12-episode first season premiered on Amazon Prime Video in Japan on April 2, before later premiering on TV on April 9. Crunchyroll streamed the first season as it aired.
Kouichi Yamadera returns to the lead role of Kenshiro Kasumi, after also starring in the previous Fist of the Blue Sky television anime in 2006.
Yoshio Kazumi (Ajin episode director) is directing the anime at Polygon Pictures, and Satoshi Ozaki supervising and writing the series scripts. Kazuma Teshigahara (Street Fighter IV: The Ties That Bind) and Hiromi Satō are designing the characters.
Xuan Yuan Sword Luminary (Ken En Ken: Aoki Kagayaki), the Japanese and Taiwanese co-produced anime of DOMO Studio's Xuan-Yuan Sword role-playing game series, will be available worldwide outside of Asia.
Hiroshi Watanabe (Hetalia The Beautiful World, Hell Girl: Three Vessels) is directing the series at Studio DEEN (Junji Ito "Collection", Hozuki's Coolheadedness). Katsuhiko Takayama (Sagrada Reset, Aldnoah.Zero) is in charge of series composition, and Michinori Chiba (Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, Mobile Suit Gundam 00) is designing the characters.
The anime is a collaboration between TV Tokyo, Taiwanese video game developer Softstar Entertainment, and anime company Nada Holdings (Minami Kamakura High School Girls Cycling Club). TV Tokyo first announced the project in 2015, and the announcement listed the 2004 Xuan-Yuan Sword: The Millennial Destiny game as providing the base for the story.
Funimation also announced plans to stream the Fairy Tail anime. The anime will premiere in Japan on October 7.
The main staff are all returning from the second and most recent television anime. Shinji Ishihira is directing at A-1 Pictures and Bridge, Masashi Sogo is handling series composition, and Shinji Takeuchi and Toshihiko Sano are designing the characters. Shōji Hata is the sound designer and Yasuharu Takanashi is composing the music. With the exception of the second animation studio and the character designers, the main staff is also the same as the first anime.
Mashima's Fairy Tail manga series follows the adventures of world's most notorious mage guild, Fairy Tail. The manga launched in 2006 and ended last July.
