Assassination Classroom U.K. Limited Blu-ray Edition Will Be Released on Monday

On Monday February 2, Crunchyroll will release a Limited Blu-ray edition of Assassination Classroom, including both TV seasons, the recap film Assassination Classroom the Movie: 365 Days' Time and three art cards. Crunchyroll described the series:

"When the deviants of Class 3-E get a tentacled creature as a teacher, they finally get an assignment that sparks motivation - kill the teacher."

Anime Limited will release a standard Blu-ray edition of Otaku Elf. (A Collector's Edition is listed for February 9.)

The anime is the adaptation of Akihiko Higuchi's Otaku Elf (Edomae Elf) manga. Seven Seas is publishing the manga in English, and it describes the story:

"Koganei Koito is a teenager who works as an attendant to the Takamimi Shrine. Rumors have it that a deity dwells within the shrine, but the actual resident is an immortal elf who found herself stuck on Earth some four hundred years ago. What's more, the elf is a total shut-in who won't go outside…and has developed a taste for video games! Now the attendants at the shrine have to cater to the elf's love of the most modern gizmos – from handheld games to virtual reality headsets – in this charming fantasy comedy."

Takebumi Anzai (PuraOre! Pride of Orange, Hitori Bocchi no Marumaru Seikatsu, Go! Go! 575) directed the anime at C2C. Shōgo Yasukawa (A Certain Scientific Railgun T, Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma) supervised and wrote the scripts. Takeshi Oda (Harukana Receive, Wandering Witch - The Journey of Elaina) designed the characters and served as the chief animation director. Akito Matsuda (Sound! Euphonium, Liz and the Blue Bird) composed the music.

Higuchi launched the ongoing manga in Kodansha's Shonen Magazine Edge magazine in 2019.

MVM will release a Blu-ray of the second TV season of Tokyo Mew Mew New Season 2, carrying episodes 13 to 24. It is described as follows:

"The scientists of the μ(Mew) Project use DNA of endangered species to create a team of heroines imbued with amazing abilities. Armed with the skills of an Iriomote cat, Ichigo must band together with other Mew Mew girls to repel an alien incursion."
