Tris8's Anime
take a look at Tris8's MangaStudio Ghibli was founded by Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata. Both geniuses, but unfortunately most people don't recognize Takahata's name. I'll give you a hint. Grave of the Fireflies and Future Boy Conan. Recognize it now?
Not all of these were directed by Miyazaki or Takahata (though almost all were), but all of these were worked on by one or the other ie. storyboarding, character designs, animation etc.
