Judging from their uniforms and names, 'tis I can presume:
Good guys: Japanese, British/American, and Italian. Bad guy: German. 
Now waiting for a Russian character and which side s/he's on. |

That said, this show looks kinda cool. With my summer anime schedule being surprisingly empty (only Kancolle and maybe Tokyo ESP) this seems like something entertaining to watch. Character designs are nice. They have that slightly fuller "Xebec" look to them, especially the females. |

Correction:
The Aimi in question should be Terakawa Aimi and not stereopony's Aimi as linked in the article. Her face is shown on the radio program site as well, for additional proof. She had tweeted about it too. Just a heads up! |
