Yeah, it seems odd to blame ANN for reporting something when it is showing up in various official marketing campaigns. If Toei, Bandai, and Funimation have all announced it, then the cat is out of the bag. That is where I'd look to if there were any blame since Toei apparently decided that any hype generated by Gogeta Blue was worth the spoiler.
