SIDE ONE
1. Spider's Revenge
 When we last saw Spider, he had led a military coup to become dictator of Polyvania, and he has the Super-Elex! Spider is intent on ruling the world through the power of the Super-Elex and is willing to do anything to prevent Dr. Emeritus from creating a duplicate.
 Spider's desperation mounts as his plans to eliminate Dr. Emeritus fail. Finally, he can wait no longer. He launches an attack on the United States. Can Gigantor stop Spider and his Super-Elex powered Ray Gun?

2. Secret Valley
 Returning from their last adventure, Jimmy Sparks, Dick Strong, Inspector Blooper and the gang decide to make a detour to Australia. When they are unexpectedly shot down, they find themselves attacked by savages. Further investigation by Dick Strong discovers that the attacks are part of the evil Von Qball's plan to protect his secret base and mask his plans for conquering the world.
 Gigantor struggles against Von Qball's arsenal, including a bouncing Robot, electrically charged bees and a flying buzz saw! Will he be successful? Will peace be restored to the valley?

SIDE TWO
3. The Diamond Smugglers
 Amidst portents of impending danger, Jimmy Sparks and Inspector Blooper travel to India. They soon become involved in ongoing investigations of disappearing policemen and mysterious rockets. Posing as "Holy Men", Jimmy, Blooper, and Inspector Currycomb journey to the Himalayas to see the rockets for themselves.
 Gigantor destroys one of the rockets. Our heroes assume the diamond smugglers have been scared off for good. But are they jumping to conclusions? Soon Jimmy Sparks and Gigantor will be off on another strange adventure.

4. Dangerous Dr. Diamond
 The police have mustered an army to stop Dr. Diamond. From his underground sanctuary, Dr. Diamond retaliates, unleashing a herd of scared cattle robots. Gigantor bests the bulls in an exciting battle but Dr. Diamond is still confident of success.
 A giant rubber rocket is launched. Gigantor's blows bounce off. When the rocket sprays Gigantor with a freeze gas, he falls to the ground and is captured. Can Jimmy help Gigantor escape? Can Dr. Diamond be stopped?
