Ray, Nagi Yanagi Perform Waiting in the Summer Original Video Anime's Theme Songs

NCB Universal Entertainment Japan announced on Tuesday that Ray will perform the opening theme song to the upcoming Waiting in the Summer (Ano Natsu de Matteru) original video anime (OVA), and Nagi Yanagi will perform the ending theme. Kotoko wrote the lyrics for the opening theme, and the titles for both songs have not yet been announced. The songs will ship together on the same single in Japan on August 29, and will retail for 1,296 yen (about US$13). The singers also performed the theme songs for the original television series.
The OVA will ship by itself on Blu-ray Disc on November 27 for 4,800 yen (about US$47), and on DVD for 3,800 yen (US$37). The Blu-ray Box Complete Edition set will include the television series, OVA, a special box drawn by original character designer Taraku Uon, a sleeve illustrated by character designer Masayoshi Tanaka, a drama CD, two soundtrack CDs, a special booklet, and a priority ticket form for a fan event that will be held on October 26. The box set will retail for 24,800 yen (US$243) and ship on August 29.
