Solo Leveling Voice Actor Taito Ban, Producer Atsushi Kaneko Attend Mumbai Comic Con on May 9

Mumbai Comic Con takes place from May 9 through May 10 at Jio World Convention Center.
The anime debuted in Japan in January 2024. Crunchyroll hosted a premiere screening for the first two episodes of Solo Leveling at PVR Maison, Mumbai in December 2023. The screening was followed by Anupama Chopra and Suchin Mehrotra's interview with Ali Fazal as well as an audience Q&A session. The company added the Hindi dub of the anime on its debut date in January 6, 2024. Crunchyroll added the English dub of the anime on January 20, 2024. It added the Tamil and Telugu dubs for the anime on January 22, 2024.
Crunchyroll describes the story:
It's been over a decade since the sudden appearance of the "gates"—the paths that connect our world with a different dimension. Since then, certain humans have awakened to supernatural powers. We call these individuals "hunters." Hunters make their living by using their powers to conquer dungeons inside the gates. In this world of tough customers, the low-ranked hunter Jinwoo Sung is known as "the weakest hunter of all mankind." One day, Jinwoo gets fatally injured when he runs into high-rank double dungeons hidden within a low-rank dungeon. Just then, a mysterious quest window appears in front of him. On the verge of death, Jinwoo decides to accept the quest and starts leveling up... while the others aren't.
Solo Leveling -ReAwakening-, a compilation film for the anime opened in Indian theaters in December 2024 alongside its U.S. and Canada release.
Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow-, the second season of the Solo Leveling anime, debuted in January 2025.
