Plot Summary: A long time ago a pure-blooded oni (ogre) was born. He looked like a human teenage boy, but for all the centuries he had been alive, his appearance didn't change. His greatest wish was to become human. He believed that only by killing all the oni in the world, he would achieve his goal. For this purpose he is travelling through the cities and villages of Japan, killing all the oni he encounters with his sword, Onikirimaru. As he doesn't have a name, both humans and oni call him Onikirimaru.
