91.8 The Fan's Weekly Schedule - May 10th, 2010

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – May 10th, 2010 – 91.8 The Fan's popular radio talk-show, Kana's Korner, will have guests of all types on for interviews, starting from 12:00 noon to 4:00 P.M. PDT on Monday, May 10th, and will continue throughout the weekdays. Prizes, donated by GameTag stores, will occasionally be given out.

All times are PDT: Monday, May 10th, 2:00pm - On this fine day, Kana will be chatting it up with Laura Summer. Laura is known for her role as Janine Melnitz in The Real Ghost Busters. If that title didn't drag nostalgia out of you 90s kids, she also appeared in Hello Kitty as Mimi and Patamon in Digimon.

Tuesday, May 11th, 2:00pm - Today, Kana has a very special guest in the Korner... Dan Woren. You might recognize Dan's voice from Bleach as Byakuya Kuchiki. Other roles of note by Mr. Woren include Shuji Ikutsuki from Persona 3, Igor in Persona 3 & 4, and Hans Georg Schuwald in Monster.

Wednesday, May 12th, 12:01pm - Today in the Korner, Kana interviews Dorthy Elias-Fahn; a voice actress who has more aliases than I can count with all my fingers. You probably remember Dorothy's stunning performances in hit titles such as Star Ocean: Til The End of Time as Maria Traydor, Trigun as Meryl Strife, Rurouni Kenshin as Kaoru Kamiya, and Love Hina as Narusegawa.

Wednesday, May 12th, 2:00pm - The Korner is bearing witness to another great guest... Edie Mirman! Edie's most likely best remembered as the voice of Gatomon and her subsequent Digivolutions in the Digmon: Digital Monsters series as well as her roles in the Robotech franchise. Don't let her fool you, though... This talented woman isn't confined to anime roles. She's also done work in quite a few films you've probably seen. Be sure to tune in!

Thursday, May 13th, 2:00pm - Today, the very busy, the very illustrious, and very Canadian actor, David Kaye attacks Kana's Korner. If you don't already know who David Kaye is, let me fill you in. David is the voice in many big anime series' including Sesshomaru from InuYasha, Megatron from Transformers: Armada, Transformers: Energon, and Transformers: Cybertron, and Protoman from MegaMan NT Warrior. David has also voiced several video game roles, most notably being the voice of Clank in the Ratchet and Clank series.

Friday, May 14th, 10:00am - Sunday, May 16th, 12:00pm - 91.8 The Fan will be broadcasting live from Anime Central! Make sure to stop by our table to say hello to Sandgolem and MollyBibbles who will be entertaining con-goers, interviewing guests, and doing live panel coverage. We're bringing you all the coverage you'd ever want, so make sure to tune in this weekend~!
