I'm in shock. My Monster Secret (Actually I Am...) made it into the top 10? Genuinely surprised by that. Didn't hear much hype over the anime (I enjoyed it), but I think I'll end up finding the manga funnier than I did the anime.
And, while I did like the character designs in the anime, I think I like the manga ones more. It's mostly the faces where I see more of a difference. The manga has them slightly more exaggerated, leading to the facial reactions from the characters looking better than they did in the anime.
A pleasant surprise to see it make the top 10. It's also the first monster girl manga I've grabbed from Seven Seas. They finally broke me...and I will be getting My Girlfriend is a T-Rex from them in November...

Good thing One-Punch Man is there. At least one decent title on the whole list. Great to see it still going strong. It was the best anime of 2015, so it should.

It's not the only "decent" title on the list. But yes OPM definitely deserves its place here.

Yeah, the manga is WAY better than the anime IMO. The manga actually has progression and development in Asahi and Youko's relationship, while the anime dragged things out for the sake of fitting a 12-episode season.
To be fair, the anime was a pretty faithful adaptation, it's just that they jumped around and cherry-picked stories from all over the manga's span, putting an emphasis on comedy first. And sometimes the anime staff pulled some good moves, like taking two stories with similar plots and merging them together to avoid redundancy (the episode where Mikan found mini-Aizawa is a prime example).
But that said, I'd definitely recommend the manga. I didn't see it at my most recent trip to Barnes and Noble (Volume 1 actually came out on my birthday!), but I'll probably end up ordering it through Amazon.

That is good to hear. I'm interested in that and the comedy.

Ah, so that is why the first volume seemed slightly different to me. I was surprised that they revealed 2 of the girls in the one volume, but I felt like there was something missing...
