I have an opinion, but I'm not sure it's informed, so I will hold off on mking a judgment. All I'll say is that I hope whatever agreement is made to tip slightly more in favor of consumers than corporations like they have in many other placs of the world. It's too easy to use copyright law as a broad hammer to swing down on popular advents just to undermine competition from a consumer-driven market, regardless of popular wishes.
