Japan's Animation DVD Ranking, December 31-January 6

The live-action film adaptation of the Rurouni Kenshin manga sold 5,690 more standard-edition copies for a new total of 26,849. It stayed at #3 for a second week. The deluxe edition added 1,897 to its total of 16,240. It dropped from #7 to #26. The DVD for "Sakura Nagashi," Hikaru Utada's theme song for the Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo (Evangelion Shin Gekijō-ban Q) anime film, slipped from #4 to #5. It sold 4,770 more copies for a total of 25,451.
The special edition of the live-action film adaptation of the Helter Skelter manga sold 4,081 more copies to add to its total of 31,009. It rose from #11 to #7 in its third week. The AKB48 in Tokyo Dome ~1830m no Yume~ Single Collection sold 2,815 more copies to add to its total of 27,139. It rose from #29 to #18. The Special Box version sold 2,301 more copies and now has a total of 70,092 at #25.
The ninth Game Center CX DVD box sold 2,448 more copies for a new total of 33,094. It dropped from #15 to #23 in its third week. The live-action film adaptation of the Space Brothers manga added 1,202 to its total of 8,490. It dropped to #50 in its third week.
