Plot Summary: Bilbo Baggins was a hobbit living his usual homestead life within the Shire, a village community that is populated with other hobbits. Bilbo was just minding his own business, until he was greeted by the wizard Gandolf the Grey. Gandolf was accompanied by a group of dwarves who are on a quest to reclaim their anceint kingdom which is a mountain known as the Lonely Mountain. The main obstacle is a giant ferocious dragon named Smaug who has claimed the kingdom for his own lair. If Smaug were to be killed, then the mountain will once again be the rightful home to the dwarves. Before Bilbo knows it, he is now tagging along with Gandalf and the dwarves on a dangerous quest. Mainly due to Gandolf tricking the dwarves into thinking Bilbo was a skilled thief, a trait he isn't known for, but a skill he'll have to learn if he wants to survive the perilous quest.
