3x3 Eyes (OAV) Excellent
3x3 Eyes Seima Densetsu (OAV) Master Tinzin kicks ass.
Akira (movie) Excellent Pretty damn good movie. Interesting storyline and whatnot. The characters are pretty ugly. Like...Kei, the chick? She looks just like Kaneda except that her hair is slightly longer. Same square man face, same stocky man build. In terms of animation, this movie excels. Instead of the usual 2 frame mouth open-mouth closed BS you see in anime, they go all out with the animations in this movie. Without giving too much away, the antagonist's final-boss transformation was pretty nasty looking. Also, there's some real Jenova/Lifestream/center of the earth Final Fantasy 7 stuff towards the end. So, if my excruciatingly detailed review hasn't convinced ya, you need to see this. Update: I've actually read the manga now...and the two story lines are very very different. Some characters aren't introduced at all (big husky house-mama with the machine gun, etc.)...and others play very different roles (Tetsuo's GF was more like a concubine in the manga...) Both are still pretty damn good, seeing as how turning that much manga into animation would yield a 4+ hour long movie (imo).

Black Lagoon (TV) Action series about a businessman who gets involved in some nasty crap, and his boss/corporation ends up trying to off him. He survives, and joins up with some bad guy smuggler types. They go around doing stuff with/to other bad guys, and all congregate at some big bad guy city where you'll get shot/robbed. Eh...yeah. Good because the artist guy kept the weapons realistic and true to form (recognizable as "Beretta 92F" or "Jericho 941", which is sometimes rare in anime). However, the characters might not be 100% realistic in the way they wield said weapons...but that's to be expected of anime. Also, it's kind of annoying how every foreign language (i.e. not Japanese) gets spoken as English, regardless of whether it's supposed to be Russian or Chinese. I guess it's cheaper to have 1 English speaking Japanese guy, instead of several who speak multiple languages.
Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage (TV) Season two of the above.
(La) Blue Girl (OAV) I laughed my ass off when the blonde chick was fucking the main heroine's satan-dad. When he gets an erection, horns grow out of his neck. Hence, "horny".

Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind (movie) Another good Miyazaki movie. Has an awesome 80's synthesizer soundtrack in parts. The Ohm make me think of something from Starcraft for some reason...like big larvae/cerebrate critters.
Neon Genesis Evangelion (TV) Good series, watch it if you haven't. Oh, and the last few episodes are mindfuck, just to warn you.
Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion (movie) Provides more plot resolution than the original series did. Still bizarre and mind-fuckish.
Ninja Scroll (movie) Violent, bloody, has a giant rock-guy (The Thing?) try to rape a ninja bitch.
Ocean Waves (special)
Oh My Goddess! (OAV)
Ouran High School Host Club (TV) I was pretty skeptical of this series at first. It looked really gay. Turns out, I was right. There's plenty of implied homosexuality. The twins, obviously, act like complete in your face flaming gays. The series centers around a club that caters to the weird fetishes of the girls at Ouran high (e.g. gay twins, an underaged child-boy, a boy who looks like a chick {but secretly IS a chick}, etc.) Regardless, all of the gayness is actually pretty funny
Phantom Quest Corp. (OAV)
Please Save My Earth (OAV)
Princess Mononoke (movie) Best Miyazaki film, imo.
Private Psycho Lesson (OAV by U-Jin)
R.O.D -The TV- Interesting series. I liked the opening music. Kickass fighting. Especially Anita, the annoying pink-haired one. She's like a ninja who kills things with an index card. But, that's when she's not pouting/complaining/screaming. She screams a lot. She's actually very good at screaming...they sound blood-curdling.

Rurouni Kenshin: Reflection (OAV) One of the Kenshin OAVs. Watch them all and masturbate to the awesomeness.
Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal (OAV) The much-raved about Kenshin OAV's. If you've ever seen Kenshin, you should see these. If you haven't, you should watch them anyway. Pretty violent, pretty action-packed and awesome.
Saber Marionette J (TV)
Samurai Champloo (TV) Kickass series, same guy who did Cowboy Bebop. I personally like Champloo a little bit more. This series has attractive animation, and in interesting hip-hop soundtrack. Fucking great.
Serial Experiments Lain (TV)
Silent Möbius: The Motion Picture The main chick had an annoying scream. And you'll hear it a few times, because the antagonist demon thing slithered through the pipes and tried to rape her when she was showering. Only in Japan.

Yakitate!! Japan (TV) They make bread or something. Edit: I watched the whole thing. They DO make lots of bread, and they'll educate the piss out of you regarding anything from random ingredients to the nitty-gritty of yeast fermentation. Holy living shit you'd better believe it.
