ADV Films is pleased to announce the third and final volume to the follow up series to Divergence Eve. Misaki Chronicles: Continuum will be available everywhere anime is sold May 2.

Featuring deliciously ripe character designs by fan-favorite Toshinari Yamashita (Burn Up W), Misaki Chronicles is an addictive sci-fi series in the modern mold.

Synopsis: Deep in the quantum core, a tearful reunion provides Misaki with the answers she has been seeking all her life. Unfortunately, the path through which Misaki arrived at her goal has left LeBlanc a means to take complete control of Watcher's Nest and its Residential Ring. In a bold move, Lieutenant Commander Lyar von Ertiana severs all links across the temporal barrier to prevent this takeover. But the Ghoul have already breached the wall holding them back and begun pouring into the universe at an astonishing rate. The pilots of Seraphim must collapse the Inflation Hole to halt the invasion, even if it costs them their ticket home...and their connection to Misaki. SHADOW SKILL: THE FALL

“A combination of Slayers and Fist of the North Star”—Denkyū.com

ADV Films is proud to present the fourth volume in its new fighting anime series, Shadow Skill: The Fall, which will hit store shelves May 2. “If you are a fan of anime such as Slayers, Inuyasha and Fushigi Yuugi, I definitely recommend checking out Shadow Skill.” (J!-Ent.com)

The warrior kingdom of Kuruda is home to the fiercest fighters in the world, men and women who live solely for the chance to fight and become the greatest in the world. Young Gau Ban dreams of becoming the warrior of his generation. Along with his adopted sister Elle and the legendary Scarface, Gau trains and battles for the mastery of the Shadow Skill. Produced by Studio DEEN (Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok, Getbackers), “Shadow Skill mixes some decent humor with fantastic fighting” (Anime Frontier).

Synopsis: It was the ancient people of the Holy Nation of Ashlianna who first recognized the existence of a power which coursed through all matter. “Soma,” they called it, residing in all worldly things, flowing freely through space and time like waves rolling in upon the shores of existence. To this day it continues to bestow the greatest concentration of its blessed energy upon the people of Ashlianna, descended from those very ancients who first gave it its name. But these days a shadow looms over Soma, and bad omens hang in the very winds which blow through the countryside. As the ancient ruins reveal their secrets, evidence suggests that these are the dark days prophesized in the hieroglyphs. Now, with the Apocalypse on the horizon, demons roam the streets of Kuruda, none more vicious than “G,” the 58th Sevalle, back from a journey through madness and death, on a deranged vendetta against King Iba Sutra. Is this the spark with which Solfan will ignite the dreaded “annihilation of the holy nation”? And when the flames die down, and Kuruda lies in ruins, which of our heroes will lay dead? As new characters enter and exit the fray, you may be sure of one thing: from hereon out, nothing will ever be the same!

Shadow Skill: The Fall (SRP $29.98 DVD) is a DVD-only release including episodes fourteen through seventeen, presented in both English and Japanese with English subtitles. Extras include a commentary track with Tiffany Grant (Lai), Kira Vincent Davis (Fais) and John Swasey (ADR Director), plus clean opening animation, clean closing animation, and previews of upcoming ADV Films releases.
