I am a big time music fan. I play music, I listen to music, I breathe music etc. It's only fitting that I make a list of my favourite songs from anime. These are songs that I either don't skip when watching, listen to on repeat on my iPod, took the time to learn to play, or just songs I generally love.

(I actually have a story regarding the soundtrack to this anime. I love the track "Sis, puella magicae". I was home sick one day from school, and you must know how boring that can get. I was listening to this song when I had the brilliant idea to get onto my computer and write it up for my school band. I did it all from ear, printed it off and gave it to my teacher, who happens to hate anime. I didn't tell her what it was from, just that it was a song from my iPod. She distributed it to my whole band, made me conduct it, and it was decided that they would play "Fateful" (named after the variations of the track from the movies) at the end of year concert that we play at every year. So on that day, I got up and conducted "Fateful" in front of a full theatre. One of the best days of my life.) |
