[Anime Tamago]

Alternative title:
Anime Mirai (Japanese)
The "Young Animator Training Project" (若手アニメーター育成プロジェクト) was launched in 2010 by the Japanese Animation Creators Association (JAniCA) to give young Japanese animators hands-on training, which in most cases involves giving In-Between Animators (動画マン) the chance to become full-fledged Key Animators (原画マン) to prep them for future responsibilities. Originally dubbed "PROJECT A" in 2010, it was called "Anime Mirai" (アニメミライ) from 2011 to 2014, and is currently known as "Anime Tamago" (あにめたまご) since 2015. In addition, the initiative is now sponsored by the Association of Japanese Animations (AJA).
