Animal Crossing (movie) So-so I'm a huge Animal Crossing fan, or moreover I was at one point. I am largely disappointed with Animal Crossing City Folk, and I think that they could have and should have done so much more with it. But this is about the anime movie. Being the AC fan that I am I had to watch the movie. It pretty much was what I expected... Just cute, but nothing too special.
Baccano! (TV)
Bakuman. (TV)
Bakuman. 2 (TV)
Bakuman. 3 (TV)
Bleach (TV) Decent Seemed really good during the Soul Society arc, but then there was the filler Bount arc which I could not stand. After the filler it just doesn't seem all of that great still, but I'll give it a chance.
ClassicaLoid (TV)
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (TV) Very good I had a friend who was really into this anime, and I didn't know why. At the time I knew nothing of it. I decided to watch it and I liked it. The first time I saw mecha in it I was afraid it wasn't going to be anything that I wanted. But the anime has more to it than giant robot fighting (which is incredibly boring to me.). What I really like about it is the whole "alternative history" thing and that it's set on essentially the same planet. The politics of the anime is very interesting, but the fantasy is a little over the top for me... But not so much in R1.
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 (TV) Good Essentially the same as the above... However, I think the fantasy is a bit more overboard here. I don't hate fantasy, I just think it gets really weird.
(La) Corda D'Oro - primo passo (TV) Very good I personally like this one. Kahoko is a protagonist I can sympathize with because she isn't happy all of the time and is more realistic. Each of the guys are interesting as well. Kazuki Hihara is my favorite of them all, but watching this a second time I learned to like them all, or at least see something good in them. Yunoki, who I just really disliked the first time around , grew on me. Which is not something I saw happening, but he really added something to the anime, so yay!
(La) Corda d'Oro Blue Sky (TV) So-so
(La) Corda D'Oro ~secondo passo~ (special) Good
Death Note (TV) Excellent This series starts out really strong. I'd say up until the Yotsuba arc it remains incredibly awesome. Around the Yotsuba arc it becomes a little boring. Then it gets interesting and then it goes pretty much downhill there. It ends properly, though. No real cliffhangers for an ending there, thankfully.
Dragon Ball (TV) Very good It's been so long since I saw this anime, still I loved it's focus on humor over action.
Dragon Ball Z (TV) Good I'm kind of, sort of a closet Dragon Ball Z fan. Despite it's obvious flaws and the fact that it circles around action (which is not my kind of thing usually.) I've always loved this series, there's always been something special about it. I heard that the series was originally going to end with Frieza. Of which I think would have been the best place for it to end despite how much more fans were asking for. Despite the slow pacing, the Frieza arc was really good. After that, although it wasn't bad it started making less sense. Too many saiyans go Super Saiyan, and it makes the awesomeness of the legend of the Super Saiyan fade away. That, and of course, as is pointed out the pacing is bad in this series. There's too much powering up, too much conversations that mean nothing, too much staring at each other, and too much training. Although I really do like it, I can't give it a higher rating than I did because of those flaws.
Eyeshield 21 (TV) Very good It does not stretch the boundaries of the "Shounen" genre, but it is one of the better Shounen series out there, if you ask me.
Fairy Tail (TV) Decent
Fairy Tail (TV 2/2014) Not really good
FLCL (OAV) Weak I'm really not into random anime, and this one I just couldn't understand. It's not that enjoyable either.
Fullmetal Alchemist (TV) Excellent While it strays from the manga really quickly, it does a very good adaptation of the beginning of the manga. I like the way the anime goes, actually.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (TV) Excellent Would be one of the best anime if only they could slow it down and stop cutting out so much. I'll still watch every episode of it, though. No doubt about that!
Fullmetal Alchemist: The Movie - Conqueror of Shamballa Very good It's a bit weird, but it does bring some closure.
Gurren Lagann (TV) Excellent An anime with a great sense of spirit, the spirit of optimism. Along with that you have some great characters and a beautiful background music score. It didn't even take me half of the series to tell that this would be in my top 5.
Hunter × Hunter (TV 2011) Excellent
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (TV) Excellent
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders (TV) Very good
Kasimasi - Girl Meets Girl (TV) Decent A guy changing into a girl? Yeah that's what this one is... But it also brings romance into it.
Kuroko's Basketball (TV) Good
Kuroko's Basketball (TV 2) Good
Kuroko's Basketball (TV 3) Good
Lupin III: Part II (TV) Very good
Lupin III: Part III (TV) Very good
Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine (TV)
Lupin the 3rd (TV) Very good
Lupin the IIIrd: Jigen's Gravestone (movie)
Monster (TV) Excellent I was very pleased with this series actually. I got referred to it for liking Death Note. Somebody told me that they were alike. I'll have to disagree with them. Monster is for a more adult audience. And really if anybody shoots down anime for being too "unrealistic" (mostly those who hate on anime after only seeing Shonen series.) show them this, there's no way they'll think the same of anime/manga ever again. There's a lot of violence in it, which I'm not fond of, but it tells an interesting story and sets up a very dark and more realistic atmosphere.
My Hero Academia (TV) Decent
Naruto (TV) Good I decided to give it a second chance, because I didn't really fairly judge it at first. I only saw the first 12-13 episodes, and I really just got peer-pressured into hating it. Now, after seeing this series constantly bashed I have significantly underrated it in my mind and now I can enjoy it. It really isn't as bad as they say.
Nodame Cantabile (TV) Very good (dub & sub)
Nodame Cantabile: Paris (TV) Very good
One Piece (TV 1999) Masterpiece Put in "Seen All" because "Seen Some" doesn't describe this for me, I have seen all that has come out and will continue. Anyway... My favorite anime ever! It took a while to get there, but now it is there, and I believe it is there to stay. Most Shounen anime are fun to watch one time through and really don't surprise me in anyway, but One Piece is different. It has taken every expectation I ever had for it and exceeded it by a lot.

I urge all Shounen anime fans to give this one a chance, and yes even non-Shounen fans. There's more to this anime than action. Believe me, if it was all action I would have dropped it a long time ago.
One Punch Man (TV) Excellent
Ouran High School Host Club (TV) Excellent
Reborn! (TV) So-so In number rating I'd probably give this one a 7.5 or 8, but the So-so description here really fits it best for me personally. It was worth watching to some effect, and I was sad when it got cut off before the manga ended, but its flaws are still evident to me - The characters weren't my favorites, and some of them were flat out annoying. The story was incredibly bland, and since the characters weren't all of that likable for me and there wasn't really anything to get emotional about it was hard for me to enjoy the bland story. Another thing about this anime is that I felt that the "friendship" aspect was really forced and didn't feel natural at all, and left me feeling that the series was a bit cheesy in the end. Either way I will be watching the sequel if/when it comes out if it gets a Simulcast again.
ReLIFE (TV) Very good
Romeo × Juliet (TV) Good It was entertaining, but the fantasy part of it felt REALLY tacked on. It seems like the only reason it was there was to try to tie up the usual Romeo and Juliet story but in a unique, fantasy way. It held no purpose other than that, really. Could have been tied up without all of the fantasy and it would have gotten a higher rating from me, because it was entertaining, and the ending did bring me to tears. But still, the fantasy was really unnecessary, and I really don't like too much fantasy of this type anyway.
(The) Rose of Versailles (TV) Masterpiece
Samurai Champloo (TV) Very good
School Days (TV) Bad I really wish this anime had focused more on the story and less on the disgusting fanservice. The stupid fanservice just ruined it all.
(The) Seven Deadly Sins (TV) Not really good
Skip Beat! (TV) Very good
Sound! Euphonium (TV) Very good Finally an anime that focuses on awesome brass/woodwind instruments as opposed to violin and/or piano! It actually accurately represents the band nerd life, too.
Sound! Euphonium 2 (TV) Very good
Steins;Gate (TV) Excellent
Sword Art Online (TV) Decent
Sword Art Online II (TV)
Trigun (TV) Excellent
Trigun: Badlands Rumble (movie)
Wandering Son (TV)
When They Cry - Higurashi (TV) Very good
Your Lie in April (TV) Excellent
Yuri!!! on Ice (TV) Very good
