| Bastard!! (OAV) | Worst ever | Terrible story, terrible intro voice-over, terrible characters, terrible colours, in one word: terrible. |
| Fafner (TV) | Weak | Episode 1 was quite enough, probably the most justifiable time to use the term "EVA-ripoff". Also Hirai Hisashi's triangular character designs suck. |
| (The) Gokusen (TV) | Weak | Ugly characters, they could have done something more inspired with the delinquents. No real reason to watch this when you've got GTO. |

| This Ugly Yet Beautiful World (TV) | Bad | A waste of time and resources. Some ecchi, some feeble attempts at drama and action, as well as clicheed characters. Mix it all up and you've got a boring series with nothing new and what has been done before has been done way better. |
| Xenosaga: The Animation (TV) | Weak | Don't know if it would have been more interesting had I played the games. Washed out colours and designs, and nothing caught my interest enough to make me want to continue it. |
