Plot Summary:
The battle against the post-humans continues. The post-humans and the people who consider themselves to be 'N' gather at Tokyo that is being rebuild. From there, they start putting their plan in action. But it is unclear what being 'N' really means and how the American Empire will react to the post-human threat.
