| Mobile Suit Gundam - The Movie Trilogy | Masterpiece | By far my favorite anime ever. It's more than a condensed form of the series. I saw this after the series, which made it easier to understand. Something I feel you need to see before you can call yourself an Otaku. It may be from 1979, but it just doesn't get old. An anime that will always remain on top, regardless of the success of its descendents. With the new animation in the DVD release, there is absolutly no reason that should prevent a mecha fan from buying this anime. Sieg Zeon! |

Not my favorite now that I've seen Mobile Suit Gundam, but I'd reccomend this series over the original to people who look down on old animation. It has a good story and good animaiton. Could use some work on a few characters (*cough* *cough*...Wu Fei....*cough*). |

| Neon Genesis Evangelion: Death & Rebirth (movie) | Bad | I really dont recommend this, despite the fact that the series is spectacular. It's not even a condensed form of the series. If you think you can watch this and get the idea of what the series is about, you're horribly wrong. |
| Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion (movie) | Excellent | In my opinion, this is an amazing excellent movie. Some people attack it as something scrapped up to give the fans a closed ending, but it was obviously too well done (symbolically and dramatically) for that to be true. If you want an ending other than the original (which was great), see this. |
