07-Ghost (TV) Weak This show started out interesting but quickly goes down hill. Then I could see it just attemps to be cool through out the whole thing (but fails miserably). Teito kept not getting along with anyone he met which annoyed me to no end. Too many dumb fight scenes. Very repetitive.
5 Centimeters Per Second (movie) Not really good It was very boring alot. At the same time the characters were very in depth. Best animation I've ever seen. Lovely Poetry. The ending was a bit sad. I don't get it. Why did they have to be apart? Were they not allowed to be a couple? I don't get it...
Aa Megami-sama: Tatakau Tsubasa (special) So-so Interesting that the Lind had a one-winged angel because her angels were twins. A little cliche and boring like the series. And Keichi still hasn't kissed Belldandy.-.-
(The) Adventures of Scamper (movie) Decent A cute movie. I love penguins.
Afro Samurai (TV) Good I don't know why I didn't like this when I first watched it. After about two years later I looked back on it I realized I liked it more than I thought. Then I had the sudden urge to watch the series again with my sis. She didn't really care for it though. I liked it alot.:) I loved that teddy bear samurai. I loved him alot because I felt so bad for him with how Afro betrayed him.
Afro Samurai: Resurrection (movie) Good Again I feel so sorry for Jinno. He's so damaged he doesn't have emotions anymore. His best friend betrayed him and left him in such misery with a cyborg appearance. The end of the movie got so sad. Once he regained some memories, got his emotions back, and totally changed he *spoiler* gets killed along with his sister. They died together holding eachother in their arms. So touching and heartwrenching ;( I know you're supposed to pay attention to the main character. But I kind of hated Afro. He killed that little boy's caretaker and left the boy crying without a father. He reminded me of Sasuke. For his selfish revenge, he hurt so many people, especially Jinno.
Ah! My Goddess (TV) So-so I couldn't get into this anime. I don't know why. I thought it was kinda boring and cliche. Some episodes were great to watch though. So it wasn't a total waste. My sis liked it alot.
Ah! My Goddess: Flights of Fancy (TV) So-so Same for the first series. I couldn't get into it...
Ah! My Goddess: The Movie So-so The voices were changed a little but I just thought of it like they grew up and their voices changed. The ending was sweet, Belldandy and Keiichi believed in eachother enough to go through the gate knowing they'll never be separated ever. The villian looked really cool, like a beautifully designed butterfly/dragonfly.
Ai Yori Aoshi (TV) Weak The begining was good until it turned into a ridiculous comedy. Most parts weren't funny to me. I thought it was very boring and it felt like a chore to watch.
Ai Yori Aoshi ~Enishi~ (TV) Weak boring like the first series. -.- I did think the ending was okay...
Air (TV) Very good This anime was very heartwarming. It made me feel light as a feather sometimes. Characters were very in depth. Graphic very amazing. The end was touching and sad. It made me cry T.T
Air (movie) Good A little boring at first but it got better and better as it went along. It had more romance than the series had. Showing romance scenes between Misuzu & Yukito and Ryūya & Kanna. I think the movie had a sadder ending. I think I liked the series better though because you didn't get as much character development in the movie.
Air Gear (TV) Good I didn't like the begining. Then it got so good. I wanted a second season so much. I'm eventually going to read the manga. This anime is so epic. I especially liked Akito/Agito; he was very interesting and cute. I like Mitsuru alot too. The only thing that really wasn't necessary were the pervy moments.
Air In Summer (special) So-so Very sweet like the series.
Air Master (TV) Not really good
Aishiteruze Baby (TV) So-so
Akira (movie) Decent I was going to give it a very good at first but it dragged on for too long and got boring. The ending confused me. The movie was way too long. The animation was very fluid and realistic. :) I usually don't like things with wars but this was cool.
Alien Nine (special) Weak it was too wierd... and gross... no storyline.
Amatsuki (TV) So-so It starts off really awesome then slowly becomes more and more boring to the point where I didn't care much about the characters. It's somewhat forgetable too. There were some things I really liked, like the mythology theme and demons.
Angel Beats! (TV) Decent I'm really confused was the whole story is about. It didn't grow on me until about episode 11. Then I started to like it. The problem with Angel Beats is that they threw too many characters at you at once in the beginning. The ending was pretty sad too, but it didn't make me cry.
Angel Sanctuary (OAV) Weak Kind of weird. The demons are the good guys. The angels are evil... wth?
Angel's Egg (movie) Bad OMG! There was barely any dialogue in this movie there's like silence all the time. It was so dreadfully boring that I had to watch it in small parts.
Angel's Feather (OAV) So-so Way too confusing and fast paced. But I still liked it cause it was like a yaoi and all the boys were hot.
Angelic Layer (TV) So-so Very boring and seemed a bit childish. The ending was very good though. And had a sweet ending between the main character and her mother.
Ani-Kuri 15 (special) Decent Most of it was crap but some episodes were pretty good.
Animal Crossing (movie) Good This movie is so cute. The friendship between Ai and Sally was heartwarming. I got so addicted to the game vers. of this that I had to sell it cause it was taking over my life. xD But since I played the game; knowing all the characters behaviors and personailties, it made the movie easy to follow and much more fun and enjoyable.
Appleseed (movie) Not really good It was boring and I kept spacing out all the time and would miss all the info they blatter out at once. It started getting good at the memory of Deunan's mother and beyond. The rest was okay after that. I liked Duenan's spunk and Hitomi's sweetness. Briareos was my fav. I usually hate 3d looking movies, but I didn't mind this movie's 3D look. It was Confusing at times...
Ar Tonelico (OAV) Not really good It was way too predictablie. Orica can't sing in the begining. She whines about it that she wishes she could be an Rewadir. That she's too much of a burden and isn't rewarded no matter how much she tries to sing. It was way too obvious she was going to be able to do it at the end. And most of the things that happened had the same kind of cliche plot and characters as many other average animes.
Arashi no Yoru ni (movie) Good This movie is very cute. With beautiful color effects on the characters. Cute characters. The storyline is predictable but I still love it so much. The ending is so sweet.
Aria - The Natural (TV) Weak
Aria the Animation (TV) Not really good Peaceful but very very very boring. No plot!
Astro Boy (TV 3/2003) So-so Lots of episodes were boring to me. There were other episodes that I loved and felt for the characters. The ending got very intense and I kept crying for some reason. XD The ending is awesome
Ayakashi (TV) Bad I didn't get into it that much. The stuff that went on in episodes were easily forgotten. Yuu's ayakasi was too cliche and his tranformation scream sounded too weird and funny. I really liked Ten, Pam's ayakashi. overall it was boring.
Azumanga Daioh (TV) So-so I though most of this was stupid and boring. But the ending was very emotional and made me cry alot. I love emotional things so I like the ending to this. :)
Azumanga Daioh - The Very Short Movie So-so Silly and cute.
Azumanga Web Daioh (ONA) So-so Way too short. The character were drawn better though.
Baby Blue (movie) Not really good They were oddly calm which was kind of creepy. They blew up some gangsters and 2 mins later they're talking about liting fireworks like it never happened. Wth?... The ending was kind of sad. She found out he had to move away. While he was leaving on the train she held up some firesparklers as his train passed. Calm and sweet music playing. It wasn't sad enough to get me crying though.
Baccano! (TV) So-so This anime is too confusing but it was interesting too. I had a hard time with the constant switch between past and present. Maybe if I just watched the past scenes only, then watch the present parts, it would be easier to follow. It had a cool ending...
Baka and Test - Summon the Beasts (TV) So-so
Bakemonogatari (TV) So-so
Baldr Force EXE (OAV) Decent It reminded me of a mix of Gundam, Elfin Lied, and Serial experiments Lain. It was very confusing. But it had some very intense scenes. Like that random rape scene scared me. O.o And when Ren didn't know if she was dead, that part was really sad. The two last episodes were my favorite. You'll love it if your into mega animes. It's not something I would watch again...
Basilisk (TV) Decent
Battle Angel (OAV) So-so I wasn't bored when I watched this. I was just wondering as I watched why it was considered a "masterpiece" by so many people. At the end I was thinking what exactly was the point of this? Dreams can never come true. Depressing ending. Everything felt rushed towards the end and it seemed unfinished. Maybe I would be better off reading the manga.
Berserk (TV 1997) Decent
(The) Betrayal Knows My Name (TV) Decent
Beyblade (TV) Bad Really dumb. God forbid, the fate of the world rests on people spinning tops. Everthing in this show was lame lame LAME. The dialogue was corny and stupid. The art looked stupid too. I can't believe I was able to sit through this junk. The only character I cared about was Kai. I was interested to see how he would develop. Unfortunately they only covered a small aspect on him and barely developed him.
Beyblade: V-Force (TV) Bad
Black Blood Brothers (TV) Weak Felt like a chore to watch. I couldn't wait till it was over. It was very cliche and bleh!
Black Butler (TV) Not really good I've been wanting to see this for a long time. Now that I have I am greatly disappointed. This anime seems to focus more on the dumb antics of the three servants than the main characters themselves. Ciel and Sebastian don't even seem to be the main characters. This lasts for about 8 or so episodes. Then Ciel and Sebastian finally get screen time. I think it's way overrated. I never could take this show seriously, too much dumb comedy. Really really dry comedy. Even at the serious scenes, there isn't much to go on. Each "mission"seemed bland. Now for the things I did like. I liked the character designs for Sebastian and Ciel. That's about it...
Black Cat (TV) Good
Black Jack (TV) Decent
Black Lagoon (TV) Bad It didn't seem to have a plot. All it looked like to me was pointless voilence and swearing all the time. The only thing I liked in this series was the maid; which is the only reason why I didn't rate this a 1/10...
Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage (TV) Bad Same with the first series. The only thing I liked were the twins...
Black Rock Shooter (OAV) Not really good It was so boring. I could have started it half way through it and not have miss a thing of it. The ending was too wierd and confusing. Though the fight scenes were really good.
Bleach the Movie: Memories of Nobody Weak I remembered being very bored. I did like Senna's character design though.
Bleach: The DiamondDust Rebellion (movie 2) Good The reason I rated this high is because Hitsugaya is my favorite character in Bleach. He was the star of the movie.
Blood+ (TV) Decent Very boring moments but had very great moments too. I loved the ending even though it was a bit sad.
Blue Butterfly Fish (OAV) Weak Boring... I really don't remember anything else...
Blue Exorcist (TV) Good
Blue Gender (TV) Decent I hated it in the begining. Yuji was a whiner. Marlene is so cold hearted. Then it got good once Marlene became compassionate for Yuji. Yuji became more mature, and when they needed each other to survive. It got interesting. :)
Boogiepop Phantom (TV) Awful
Bottle Fairy (TV) Not really good A great show to watch that will teach you some Japanese traditions. And also throws a whole bunch of cuteness at you.
Boys Over Flowers (TV) Very good OMG, this girl in this anime is the most dense girl in anime history. One time, she was on a date with Tsukasa, and she didn't realise she was on a date until the date was over. Also It took 49 episodes for her to understand Tsukasa loved her. God, she's so stupid. There were so many signs too. He even told her he loved her and she still didn't get it. I also hated that she wouldn't admit that she likes him for so long. Though she had good points I liked about her. That she didn't take crap from no one (most of the time). Though she was poor, she never treated the rich folk any different from her even though the rich families had loads of power. I hated Tsukushi's family; all they did was whine about how poor they are. They were opposite of Tsukushi; they drooled over money and they didn't care about their daughters life. They just wanted her to marry Tsukasa for his money and didn't care about Tsukushi's feelings about it. Anyway... The drama was over the top in this anime. So extreme that I thought I would rip my computer apart (joking). Biggest drama anime I've ever seen.
Brave Story (movie) Good I loved this alot. The animators knew how to keep your attention. You'll love this if you're into fantasy. It reminded me of a ghlibi studio film, because of the emotion and adventure in the movie. The ending gets very emotional. I love Mitsuru. :3
Brigadoon (TV) Good Don't be fooled by all the colorful childish looks of this anime. There are some dark elements in this anime. It was very unique. I always cherished the moments when Melan showed his sweet side. Lots of moments got intense or insanely good. Plus the fight scenes were fun to watch and don't drag on for too long. The character designs for the three swordsman were awesome. They always had cool poses too. The dub sounded...weird. Lolo's voice was especially annoying.
Bunny Drop (TV) Good This show is super sweet. The art is nice and refreshing. The characters act realistically. You can take a brake from all the annoying, fanservice anime out there and sit down and watch this. Of all the slife-of-life anime I've seen this one really sticks out.
CANAAN (TV) Very good
Cardcaptor Sakura (TV) Good It was okay. It was boring alot through the series. Then it got good when Yue showed up. Then I loved it. :)
Cardcaptor Sakura The Movie 2: The Sealed Card So-so The ending was so cute for Sakura and Li. :3 The only thing I didn't like is the voices were so high and annoying.
Cardcaptor Sakura: The Movie So-so Very boring. I watched it half way through and didn't feel like finishing. I watched the other half the next day. -_-
Casshern Sins (TV) Very good I just loved the show. The timing and character development is well thought out. The character designs and atmosphere gives you a real feeling of it. Storylines in the first half usually last an episode but they're very well done and keeps you interested. It's so easy to sympathized with the characters. All there situations are just heartbreaking. There seemed to be meaning in every episode of this. The way it was animated was beautiful and eye- catching. Luna especially wraps you up in a strange eerie fascination just by her presence on screen. She's also surrounded by loads of blue roses all the time. Which after a time got me to search up what a blue rose symbolizes. Blue rose is mystery, inexplicable, attaining the impossible which is like Luna herself. Luna was the personification of life in their world which is a concept that sounds unreal. Luna herself seemed like a dream. The end had a very strong/meaningful message.
Castle in the Sky (movie) Decent I like it but near the end it felt like it dragged on for too long. Nice ending :)
(The) Cat Returns (movie) Good I liked this alot. I love cats.
Cat Soup (OAV) Very good Bizarre... but i like it....
Cencoroll (movie) So-so It was way too confusing and hard to get into. Some parts were kind of cool though. Like when that big monster thing transforms into things. I thought the acting was lame and unrealistic.
Ceres, Celestial Legend (TV) Weak
A Certain Magical Index (TV) Decent
Chi's New Address (TV) Good Same as the first season. Such cuteness. It's also more fun when Chi's meeting different animals.
Chi's Sweet Home (TV) Good OMG, This show is cuteness! This really made me want to get a pet cat. But I can't cause I have 2 dogs and a bird, and that might cause chaos... Anyway any animal or pet lover would love this show. It's so adorable and at the same time it shows the many challenges and fun things about having a pet. :) Blackie was my fav. The ending was kind sad. :(
Chibits (special) Weak meh.
Children Who Chase Lost Voices (movie) Decent
Chinese Ghost Story (Chinese movie) Good It took me a while to get into. The visual effects were way overdone and looked crappy somethimes. Plus it had lots of bad dub voices. It got really good later when the guy and ghost fell in love. Super sweet.
Chobits (TV) Not really good Most of this series felt like a filler. Very boring and nothing like the manga.
Clannad (TV) So-so
Clannad After Story (TV) Good
Claymore (TV) Decent
Close the Last Door (OAV) Good There were hot moments and there were funny moments. But unmemorable
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (TV) Good I didn't like it at first but it grew on me. Then I loved it.
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 (TV) Good I loved it. Very epic. Such a great ending, but it was so sad at the same time.
Colorful (movie) Good
Comedy (OAV) Masterpiece The title was really misleading. It had beautiful art and music. A simple tale that was full of mystery. The black swordsman was hotness. He reminded me of Yoite from Nabari no Ou. I love the mysterious characters. And he was very much so. He loved to read, which was a cool touch.
(La) Corda D'Oro - primo passo (TV) Weak
Cowboy Bebop (TV) Good
D.N.Angel (TV) Good Some things were confusing... But I liked alot of episodes. I liked the characters. Dark was hot. Daisuke was a sweetheart. Risa wasn't as annoying to me as everyone said. Riku was better than Risa though. I probably would have rated it higher if it had Satoshi, my favorite char in it more. But for alot of the episodes he was missing.
Damekko Dōbutsu (TV) Good One of the cutest animes ever. I wish it was longer.
Danganronpa The Animation (TV) So-so
Dante's Inferno: An Animated Epic (OAV) Good
Darker than Black (TV) So-so Some parts are boring. But I loved alot of the characters stories. Havoc, Mai, Chiaki, and especially Yin. :) The last few episodes were too confusing o.O
Dead Leaves (OAV) Not really good Okay... This was just so wierd. It was just like FLCL except more crazy... It held my attention but it really didn't make any sense. No character development. The brightly colored animation style I really hated. I didn't understand the point of this story at all, yet it was decent enough.
Deadman Wonderland (TV) Decent
DearS (TV) Weak I hated the main character, Takeya, he's a jerk. Ren was well... okay I guess. The teacher freakin annoyed me to death and creeped me out with her perverted outbursts.
Death Note (TV) Excellent This anime is very unique to others. It had the most complexed, detailed storyline compared to other series. L was my favorite Then *spoiler* L died T.T
Death Note Relight - Visions of a God (special) So-so Maybe I would have enyoyed it better if I hadn't seen the main series...
Deathtic 4 (movie) Decent Cool graphics. Reminded me of the nightmare before Christmas movie. Silly, fun, creepy, and cute characters all at once. A predictable plot but was still very interesting :)
Demon City Shinjuku (OAV) Weak boring and corny...
Dengeki Oshioki Musume Gōtaman R: Ai to Kanashimi no Final Battle (OAV) Good Again not as bad as people say.
Dengeki Oshioki Musume Gōtaman: Gōtaman Tanjō-hen (OAV) Good The plot is kinda silly, a woman attacks evil people with her butt. xD Though this had bad ratings it wasn't that bad. It actually was enjoyable to me.
Devil May Cry (TV) Weak It just seems like a whole bunch of killing monsters with eye candy animation. Not a good plot. I was bored throughout the whole thing.
(The) Diary of Tortov Roddle (ONA) Decent A very strange world. The animation reminded me of La Maison en petits cubes. I liked that surreal kind of artwork and creativity. But it really had no plot.
Digimon Adventure (TV) Decent The thing I really loved in digimon was how the characters changed. They grew up on their adventure. Every main human character had character development. I like how noboby was left out and you got to know the characters really well. Sora had character development but seemed to have the least amount of it. Matt had the most, with all his inner demons, and sometimes animosity towards Tai.
Digimon Adventure 02 (TV) So-so I felt like sometimes it would skip things alot and left you wondering what was going on or if you missed an episode. Character development was definately the weakest part of this series. You're left thinking that the new characters are starngers and you didn't get to know them well like the first series. The only character who had the best character development was Ken. He's probably the only reason I kept going on to the next episode. I wanted to see what he'd do next. I absolutely love Ken. But Ken did not save this series from being lukewarm. It was missing the charm from the first series. Also the different kinds of digivolving was confusing. Digivolving cutscenes were too long. The names for the different attacks sounded lame.
Digimon Tamers (TV) Very good
Digimon Tamers Movie 6: The Runaway Digimon Express So-so
Digimon Tamers: The Adventurers' Battle (movie) So-so
Disgaea (TV) Not really good
(The) Dog of Flanders (movie) So-so
Doorbell (movie) Good It was pretty wierd but interesting. If only it were in english...
Dragon Ball (TV) Very good The begining was very boring but it got really good and intense later. :) Once Krillin died everything got all whoa. O.O Chiaotzu, Piccolo jr., Tien were my fav characters. For some reason, I liked Pilaf and Shu alot too. Master Roshi's peverted moments never seemed to get old like it usually does in most series. My favorite Roshi moment was when he was in the crowd and he told them to keep pushing. So he could be pushed into one of the women. Piccolo was cute when he was little. The last fight at the end got annoying cause it dragged on for too long and Piccolo wouldn't shut up with all his maniac laughing. Which he didn't do that in dbz.
Dragon Ball Movie 1: Curse of the Blood Rubies Weak I don't remember much from this movie... Just that I didn't like it
Dragon Ball Movie 2: Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle Bad Too much unnecessary battling. Very weak story plot.
Dragon Ball Movie 3: Mystical Adventure Good This was my fav dragonball movie cause Tien and Chiaotzu had a cute relationship in this movie. My 2 fav characters.
Dragon Ball Movie 4: The Path to Power Decent Why are there so many alternate retellings of Goku and Bulma's meeting? It was still okay. The animation was more smooth. Eighter is so sweet in this movie. Even more likable in the movie than the series. Since when did Eighter fly? Eighter and Goku's friendship was really cute. And when Eighter died, Goku screamed for the longest time...
Dragon Ball Z (TV) Very good I loved all the arcs, (the freiza arc the most) except for the Garlic. Jr. and Cell Arc. The cell arc ruined it for me. So much filler! I rated dragonball z a masterpiece at first, but the cell arc brought it three ratings down to a good. When it was finally over Dragonball Z got really great again, so it was an very good. Freiza has to be the greatest villian in anime history. Vegeta's pride got annoying at times. (When he refused to defeated Cell when he had the chance) I hated all the women sterotypes. That they're whiny, fight-hating, and weak. Videl and Android 18 were the exception though. Bulma and Chi Chi irritated me alot... (so did Videl at first because I hated how nosey she was with Gohan's identity) (I hated Mr. Satan most of the way through, but he really grew on me in the Buu arc) I loved how real the characters seemed. Their personalities were strong and their actions were realistic in situations. My favorite Characters were Piccolo, Supreme Kai, Vegeta, Dende, good Buu, chiaotzu, and Freiza
Dragon Ball Z: Bardock - The Father of Goku (special) Good It was interesting to finally know what Goku's father is like. Which wasn't like Goku at all. It was great to see his father change from an unlikable character into a caring father by the end.
Dragon Ball Z: Bio-Broly (movie 11) So-so Alot of it was okay. But by the end I was happy it was over. Broly just wouldn't die. >.<
Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound (movie 9) Decent Boring at times and I couldn't get into it. I liked it in the begining. Poor Krillin couldn't get a break. When the fighting started it started getting boring and cliche.
Dragon Ball Z: Broly - Second Coming (movie 10) So-so Okay... what was with the pee theme in this movie? And why the heck is Broly bothering with everyone except Goku, the one he wanted revenge with. This movie was okay. I liked seeing Trucks and Gotenks playing around like little rascals. And the chase scene with Gohan and Videl was funny.
Dragon Ball Z: Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan (movie 8) Good Not something I would watch again. It was definately one of the most entertaining and funnier of the dbz movies. With every dbz movie, the fighting dragged on for too long and that's what I didn't like... That's f-ed up that the saiyans would kill a baby. Krillin was such a terrible singer at kareoke. xD Goku was lol at the begining interview. It's the first time I ever saw Vegeta scared of anything.
Dragon Ball Z: Cooler's Revenge (movie 5) Decent I didn't know Freiza had a brother. o.O
Dragon Ball Z: Dead Zone (movie 1) Weak I like the intense begining. Then it got more worse throughout the movie. Fillerish. Garlic Jr. didn't look like a cool villian either. He looked like a green Pilaf.
Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn (movie 12) Good Nice to see Vegeta again. And also great that Goku and him work together. Why was Pikkon so out of character? He's usually so calm.... First time I didn't keep looking at the amount of time til the movie ended. Most of them are kinda boring. Also great to see Frieza again. I missed him. Though, he didn't last long, did he....
Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug (movie 4) Good I like learning more about the namek race. In this movie I got to learn that Piccolo hates whistling because of his super hearing. I loved Piccolo in this movie.
Dragon Ball Z: Super Android 13! (movie 7) Decent Half the movie was so boring I wanted to stop watching. The other half, once the bad guy did the blue transformation, it got really good. Funny epic ending.
Dragon Ball Z: The History of Trunks (special) Good Interesting. You get to see what happened in future Trucks past. How he ended up using the time machine. The anderoids were kind of funny when they argued.
Dragon Ball Z: The Return of Cooler (movie 6) Decent Finally! Vegeta made his first movie appearance. And when it got to the humorous part, they were actually funny. :) But not something I would watch again.
Dragon Ball Z: The Tree of Might (movie 3) So-so It's cute how Hicarus and Gohan became friends.
Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest (movie 2) Bad Something you could easily forget. Like a filler. I saw this two days ago. And the only thing I remember was Roshi was thought to be currently the strongest fighter.
Dragon Ball Z: Wrath of the Dragon (movie 13) Decent The only reason I rated it this high was that I liked Tapion. he was like a cross between Supreme Kai and Zelda. I liked Vegeta's epic entrance too. Trunks was so cute in this movie making friends with Tapion. The ending was a little sad. I still kept wanting for it to be over. This movie was a little confusing too.
Dragon Ball: Yo! The Return of Son Goku and Friends!! (ONA) Not really good Nice episode. Though the sub vers. is sooo terrible. Goku sounds like a little kid.
Durarara!! (TV) Decent
E's Otherwise (TV) Weak I like the whole psychic character stuff but this show seems to be wandering aimlessly. Where's the plot? All the characters were dull, like cardboard cutouts. It was all so draggy.
Earl and Fairy (TV) So-so
Eden of the East (TV) Not really good Even though the art was good. The story was extremely dull. With too many character introduced to the story. I didn't understand what anybody was talking about. It was semi-interesting.
ef: a tale of melodies (TV) Good 12 ep.
ef: a tale of memories (TV) Not really good Most of it seemed like a whole bunch of boring talking. Barely anything happened in an episode except talking. I liked the idea of a girl trying to conquer her dream even though she looses her memory every 13 hours. But most of it was so boring. The art was the only highlight of the anime. The only relationship I cared about was Chihiro and Renji's. Everyone else's were kind of dull. Very hard anime to get through. The last 2 episodes were the only good episodes in this series. Very last episode was a huge tearjerker. It seemed the creators knew this anime was boring so they wanted to make a dramatic/amazing ending to make up for it. Just cause it had an amazing ending doesn't mean I should disregard all the other boring episodes I sat through.
Egao (special) Good
Elfen Lied (TV) Excellent I felt alot for the characters. And I could relate. And very sad and depressing anime. For some reason I like sad and depressing stuff. This anime goes deep into character development and emotional moments. You'll feel for almost every character. I loved Nana the best, she was so sweet and loyal to her "Papa" and she seemed to look on the bright side of things even though she had artificial limbs. I hated Bando the most, he just seemed like his only purpose was to piss people off and cause trouble.
Elfen Lied (OAV) Very good I loved that my favorite character was the star of the episode. I liked that they revealed how Lucy was captured. That was what I always wanted to know.
End of the World (OAV) So-so really confusing. Bad/crappy animation. Some scenes were okay though. Until the gibberish storyline started.
Ergo Proxy (TV) Very good I didn't like this the first time I saw this. But when I rewatched this with my sister I could follow it way better. I enjoyed the characters more. And I couldn't wait to go to the next episode which didn't happen before. What makes this show so awesome is the characters and the mystery of Vincent Law's identity. Is he human, monster, or a god?
Eureka Seven (TV) Very good
(The) Fantastic Adventures of Unico (movie) Good
Fantastic Children (TV) Good
Fate/stay night (TV) Weak I didn't care for this series. I couldn't get into it. Every episode just seemed like they kept throwing too much info at you at once to really understand it. But the ending was very touching and so gently peaceful, I cried a little when *spoiler* Saber died... At least I think she did. When she said "long sleep" I think she meant she was going to die. Also Saber and Shiro's relationship seemed... tense.
Fish in the Trap (OAV) Bad kind of boring.
FLCL (OAV) Decent wow, this anime is crazily fun. Unique and original. The dub sounds a bit weird though. Like it's a fandub... I love that motorcycle girl, Haruko, she's so random.
Fruits Basket (TV 1/2001) Good I loved all the characters. It has changed my view of the zodiac forever. So whenever I see zodiac mats at chinese restaurants I get so excited. Yuki is my favorite anime character. Cause he's the sweetest and gentle. And his voice is so soothing in the dub vers. I hate his sub voice. I'm the rooster; so Kureno didn't appear in the anime. That was disappointing. Same with Rin too. My only problem with this series is that they didn't make a second season.
Fullmetal Alchemist (TV) Excellent A little boring in the begining. But it got good fast. It got intense at moments. The ending was amazing. This story made me believe in the existance of another world. It's special and unique for a show to do that. :)
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (TV) Very good
Fullmetal Alchemist: Chibi Party (OAV) Good I love chibi style.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Kids (OAV) So-so Mustang was cute as a kid.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Premium Collection (OAV) So-so Fun short episodes to watch.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Seven Homunculi VS State Alchemists (OAV) So-so I liked this because it had Mustang and Greed in it. My 2 fav characters.
Fullmetal Alchemist: The Movie - Conqueror of Shamballa Good I'm so happy Al and Ed had a happy ending they deserved it. So sweet.
(The) Future Diary (TV) Excellent
Gad Guard (TV) Decent Though the mood of the show was dull most of the time it still managed to keep me interested. I didn't care about any character except Katana. What I didn't like was that they didn't explain any of the characters backgrounds and left you in the dark. I was disappointed with the ending of gad guard. Everyone got a happy ending except for Katana. The girl he was friends with disappears in the credits leaving him alone again. Crappy ending for my fav character.
Gakuen Alice (TV) Decent The main character's japanese voice just annoyed me to death. It was so high pitched and irritating.>.< Other than that I loved that all the characters had different powers. Mikan is treated pretty horribly much throughout the series. If done better her situations could have been funny, for me they weren’t. It has too much overuse of cruel humor that just outstays its welcome. I thought it was ridiculous that the school used Natsume "to test" Mikan to be able to stay in the school. Mikan's "frend," Hotaru was just mean and extremely unlikeable to me. The way she treats Mikan is just too cruel to be a friend.
Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo (TV) Good I didn't like the begining. But the story got very good later. The anime was very unique; everything was made with different designs on the characters, etc. Sometimes I would be amazed by them and keep staring at them and miss what happened or what people said. xD
Gauche the Cellist (movie) Decent Interesting. A guy is taught how to play the cellist by a cat, bird, and raccoon. A very musical movie.
Genius Party (movie) Good I didn't understand the plot very much. But the art style, colors, and estatic music was enough to hold your interest the whole time. Very fun to watch.
Getbackers (TV) Not really good Barely any background info or character development. Was not digging that. The dialogue and some episodes were extremely sappy.
Ginga Nagareboshi Gin (TV) So-so
Gintama (TV) Bad This is the most overrated crap I ever saw. All the comedy is dry except for a few scenes that made me smile at the most. There's barely any backstory on the characters. How did this get rated so highly? This is comedy? Most of the jokes rely on randomness only. And have the characters shouting ALL THE TIME with weird expressions. This is the worst kind of overused comedy and its got 201 episodes. And they're making more. -.-
(The) Girl Who Leapt Through Time (movie) Decent I loved this movie. I didn't care for the beginning. But once she started leaping it got interesting. Got intense or touching sometimes. The end made me cry a little.
Gokū no Kōtsū Anzen (special) So-so A cliche filler episode that talks about safety rules I already learned. It was meant for younger children though so I don't think it's fair of me to judge it.
Golden Boy (OAV) Decent It gave me a few laughs once in a while. But it didn't really have a plot. It was a bit perverted...
Golgo 13 (TV) Weak Ugh, a story about a hitman. With guns, guns, and lots of guns. My least favorite weapon... Each episode is a chore to watch. Nothing memorable. Dialogue is Horrible. Events and people are completely contrived. And Golgo is Mr. perfect with his job. Which makes everything boring.
Grave of the Fireflies (movie) Very good A very depressing movie. I was depressed long afterwards too and it had a lasting effect for the rest of the day. But I like things depressing/emotional things. So I enjoyed it. I cried alot during this. T.T
Gravion (TV) Bad Annoying cast of characters. Characters were really cliche and genetic. The thing I hated most about this was that there was no plot. It did lead to anywhere. So boring... I could wait for it to finish.
Green Green (TV) Awful Most of this show was just about girls boobs bouncing. Which maybe you would like if you're into that stuff. I'm not one of them. o.O I'm a girl who likes guys. This show also made almost every boy look like perverted wild animals. Which might make girls more paranoid of guys. And they might develop a fear of them. This show didn't get a plot until the end. Which was kind of weird O.o I hate ecchi...
Green Green Thirteen: Erolutions (OAV) Bad idiotic, just like the main series
Green Legend Ran (OAV) Bad
Guin Saga (TV) Bad There is terrible pacing and dialogue in this anime to the point where I was laughing at how bad it was. The characters are bad. Guin is boring. Remus was whimpy but kinda cute. However, he has a 180 change after getting a vision. And then he's a darker character the rest of the series. He turned boring too. The anime has Guin in the title, however, so much of the anime is devoted to other topics. Not that is matters that much since Guin is boring anyway. But its weird to name an anime after a character that does not show up most of the time. It also ends on a cliffhanger, and Guin never makes any progress finding out who he is since the first episode. So if you cared about the "who is Guin?" mystery, then it really feels like you wasted your time.
Gunslinger Girl (TV) Decent
Gurren Lagann (TV) Good Wow, this series was so amazingly epic. "Just who the hell do you think I am" (couldn't help it I just had to say it. Now that quote will stick in my head forever. Viral was the most awesomest anti hero character.
H2O ~Footprints in the Sand~ (TV) Good It could do without the pervy moments... It kept my wondering throughout the series, why everyone hated Hayami. And I felt sorry for her and liked her alot. Everyone is this anime was so stupid they kept treating Hayami like it was her fault what her parents did. Then it got it the way of Hirose and Hayami's relationship. Made me so mad >.<
Haibane Renmei (TV) Very good
Hajime no Ippo (TV) So-so
Hanasakeru Seishōnen (TV) Good
Happy Machine (movie) Very good I didn't understand it at all or the plot. Though it had many unique scenes, adventures, and characters.
Haruka Nogizaka's Secret (TV) Weak An anime about a guy trying to keep a girl's secret of liking anime. That kind of plot just seems so lame to me. The romance was too predictable with just little pokes of fun with it without really getting anywhere. The episodes seemed to be random. Not real good storytelling. Nothing leading to an objective. It just had the contents of any typical, predictable anime. I also never wanted to watch the next episode.
Haruka: Beyond the Stream of Time – A Tale of the Eight Guardians (TV) Not really good
Hayate the Combat Butler (TV) Decent
Heaven's Lost Property (TV) Excellent There were three very memorable characters the rest were just bleh. There was Nymph, Ikaros, and her master. I felt so sorry for Nymph I hated her master, he was terrible to her. The cruelty he showed to her and her slow change from a jerk to a likable character is what makes her so memorable. Ikaros reminded me of Chi from Chobits because she seemed to be emotionless but through the series she definately showed emotion later. And her master... was... very pery. The pervy moments were actually very witty and fun, compared to alot of shows. The ending was just perfect. The first time I rated it a 7/10 but I rewatched it in dub and now it's an 9/10. i kept wanting to go to the next episode.
Hell Girl (TV) Weak
Hellsing (TV) So-so This series was boring most of the time. I think they could have done better to make it less boring. I did love Alucard though; which is why I rated it an okay.
Hellsing Ultimate (OAV) Good
Heroman (TV) So-so
Hetalia - Axis Powers (TV) Decent
Higan (OAV) Not really good Exactly what was the point of this. All it showed was a man haunted by the images of the war he was in before he died. Kinda pointless
High School of the Dead (TV) Good The acting was superb and realistic. The animation was detailed and interesting. It was a really shocking anime to watch. The only thing that wasn't necessary was the jello boobs bouncing and the annoying nurse. I thought the ending left things unsettled and thought the ending could have been better.
Hikaru no Go (TV) So-so Hikaru was an ungrateful jerk 24/7 on this show. Is really unlikeable. I hated the imbalance in the characters. Nearly 99% of the go players were boys. There were no professional girl players. Oh please. Out of our huge populations in the world you can't begin to think girls can't be professional in this sport. This show just seemed so sexist. The few girls they do show playing go are amateurs and are always shown losing. And Hikaru was an extreme jerk to the girl who liked him. Plus his mom. I did like Akira and Sai was okay. Everything else was just really boring.
Honey and Clover (TV) Good This was very cute story. Shinobu was the biggest thing I liked about it. He was so silly and did the most random things.
Honey and Clover II (TV) Not really good With shinobu gone to America. the story got very boring. It felt like a chore to watch. Darn! I wanted Hagu and Shinobu to be a couple. >.<
House of Five Leaves (TV) Awful In episode 1, nothing happens.... okay... episode 2, nothing happens.... IS ANYTHING GOING TO HAPPEN? *takes forever to get through the episodes* oh yeah! and nothing happened............ conclusion: It's such a boring, dull anime. Though the calmness makes me think Mushishi.... The art was pretty decent though everyone had fish mouths.
Howl's Moving Castle (movie) Good This movie made me feel fuzzy inside. And I liked it alot. It was a bit different from the book. I can't decide if I liked the book or this movie better. Calcifer was my fav. :)
Hunter X Hunter (TV 1999) Good A little boring in the begining but got good when they go into the Hunter Exam. It reminded me of the Chunin Exams in Naruto. xD Except the hunter exams seemed to last longer. Killua is my fav char.
Hunter X Hunter (OAV) So-so
Iblard Jikan (OAV) So-so I looked everywhere on the internet and finally got to watch it :) I wasn't sure how to rate this. The artwork was definately a masterpiece. The best detailed, vivid artwork I've ever seen in anime. As for story/ plot.... There was no story. It doesn't really need a story though the artwork was amazing. But it kept you entertained with the best art you'll ever see in any anime. Basically all it did was show very beautiful animated landscapes in each scene and went to the next landscape in slow paces. With a soothing sound track to listen to while you watch. I recommend this to anyone who loves nature and artsy stuff like me. Anyone looking for a calm, soothing, beautiful anime. You'll definately like this. I don't recommend this to anyone who can't see the beauty of nature, likes violence, or hates art.
Ichigo 100% (TV) Bad Oh, come on! A show about a guy who wants to find the "chosen girl with the strawberry panties" so he can film her. What kinda plot is that? Besides having a weak plot, each episode isn't enjoyable to me. Has too much ecchiness. I extremely hate ecchi.
Ikki Tousen (TV) Bad It only took me 2 days to finish this series. It was so bad, I wanted to get it over with as soon as possible. It reminded me of Green green, with all that boob and panty crap. Weak storyline. Cliche characters. This show is for perverted guys.
Innocent Venus (TV) Weak Very dull/confusing storyline. The only thing I really liked in this is the character Gora. He's a very funny character that would make me smile. Everything else was just bleh! They totally seemed to forget about Gora and he appeared less and less as the story went on.
Inu X Boku Secret Service (TV) Good
Jagainu-kun (TV) Decent A show for younger audiences; but I didn't care. It was super cute.
Jing: King of Bandits (TV) Weak I couldn't get into this series... Jing was a very cliche (things always going his way; he'll win battles all the time) very predictable endings to episodes. Kir was so annoying and was even more cliche than Jing as side kick. He was supposed to be comic relief but it was way overdone, so Kir wasn't even funny he just made the show look even more childish. Plus, he was a pervert, (I'm so sick of the pervert gag) so it made me hate Kir alot.
Jormungand (TV) Not really good
Junjō Romantica (TV) Weak
Juuni Senshi Bakuretsu Eto Ranger (TV) So-so Held my interest most of the time. The characters were zodiac characters. Like fruits Baskets, except without the cat :( It wasn't as good as Fruits Baskets but it had great adventure.
Jyu-Oh-Sei (TV) Very good I wasn't sure what I was expecting from this anime. Based on the title it sounded like some kind of ninja series. It wasn't about ninja but it was way better than I expected. I was hooked from the first episode. Which barely happens with me. I felt so sorry for Rai; I can't believe what happened to him. :( I thought he was going to be a main character. I couldn't pick a fav char in this series I loved all of them. Zagi, Thor, Tiz, Third, Chen, Karim. This is the first anime I've watched that I couldn't decide a fav character. I usually take a liking to one or two characters. It was so good I rewatched it with my sis.
K-ON! (TV) Decent
Kakurenbo - Hide & Seek (movie) Decent My heart was pounding the whole time. I'm going to show this to my sis, to see how much it'll scare her. You'll love this if you love getting scared. What's even better; watch it on Halloween night.
Kamichu! (TV) Good
Kanokon: The Girl Who Cried Fox (TV) Bad OMG, the ecchiness is extremely overwhelming in this show. In every episode, I had to sit through a poor boy getting molested by two annoying girls. No plot. Cliche, cardboard cutout characters. Way too much fanservice.>.< This show makes girls look disgusting.-.-
Karin (TV) Good Very cute story. I loved Usui cause he was such a sweetheart. The ending was great too. I always watch the dub vers. if there are any. In this dub, Winner's voice was so annoying to listen too. But it grew on me and I think his voice fits him okay. He looks like a big clumsy puppy to me.
Katanagatari (TV) Weak There was no character development. All the characters were one demensional. The entire series was a waste of my time. Nothing accomplished toward the end. The never ending dialogues annoyed me to death. Though the character designs were amusing/cool. Togame was an annoying, complaining character. I had a hard time sitting through 50mins episodes of boringness. I'm just glad it's over and I don't have to see it again.
Kaze no Stigma (TV) Awful This show is extemely overrated. There was nothing unique about this show. Most of it seemed like a whole bunch of random missions. No objective at all. Ayano was the most annoying, bratty anime girl I've ever seen. She got on my last nerve in every episode. Her friends would not stay the hell out of Ayano's business with Kazuma and her relationship. I didn't need their constant teasing to figure out Ayano liked Kazuma. Though Kazuma was a cool, smooth talker; he was very cliche. Like many main characters, everything went his way. There was elemental powers that probably seemed like eye candy to most viewers. I couldn't wait for each episode to end. I can't think of any good or new things about this series.
Ki*Me*Ra (OAV) Bad
Kiki's Delivery Service (movie) Very good I finally got to watch this movie after so many years. I used to watch a video when I was 3-4 that had previews of this movie and spirited away on it. And I finally got to watch it :) The boy and Kiki are a very cute couple. My fav char was her little cat. He was so cute. And he had kittens at the end.
King of Thorn (movie) Good
Kino's Journey (TV) Very good
Kiss in the Dark (OAV) Decent Don't remember much.
Kobato. (TV) So-so What I find really irritating about this show is the two main characters. Kobato and her plush dog toy. Every episode annoying, high pitched, clumsy Kobato messes up. Then her dog teacher would go into a rage. That get's really old really fast. I couldn't stand the dog more than Kobato. -.- The plots just repetive.
Kujira no Chōyaku - Glassy Ocean (movie) Good I wanted to see this so bad in english that I used a translator all the way through to watch it in english. That was very tiring. -.- I loved the idea that there was a beautiful other world existing with different time. The whale frozen in the sky. the beautiful glass effect of the sea; made it a imaginative, poetic anime to watch.
Kumo to Tulip (movie) Decent Reminded me of the classic cartoons I used to watch in my childhood except they weren't in black and white. A cute little cartoon about a spider and a ladybug. That storm was so violent. I probably would have enjoyed it more if it had subtitles so I can understand what they're saying. Watching this made me feel like a kid again.
Kyo kara Maoh! (TV) Decent
Lamune (TV) Not really good A peaceful anime though a little boring sometimes. Ken and Namami's relationship moved super slow. It sucked so much that Ken was in a coma for 2 years. What was with the sudden drama at the end?
Last Exile (TV) So-so Though the atmosphere was very unique compared to most anime, I kept getting bored through most episodes. The characters were uninteresting/boring. Even the main characters Claus and Lavi were boring. The only thing interesting about them was their relationship. Later when they start growing distant with each other, they become even more boring than I thought possible. Alvis always looked stupid and slow whenever she was on screen. The only thing that kept me going forward to the next episode was Dio. He's the only thing quirky and interesting. Whenever someone was on screen I would immediately think "who cares about them. I want to see what Dio is doing now." Too bad for me, he barely had any screen time in this series. Another wierd thing about this anime is they just summarize each character and just barely go over someone's background. You might be lost on what's happening at the moment or what their motivation is. Overall=boring. Maybe if Dio was showed WAY more often I would have liked it better.
(The) Law of Ueki (TV) Good Looking back on the show the thing I remember most is Ueki getting the snot beat out of him in every fight. I remember getting annoyed with Ueki over those things. It reminds me of Ichigo from Bleach. Gets beat up to near death and somehow finds a way to defeat his enemy. So repetitive. I didn't like how cheesy the show was sometimes. Like for example, "we'll fight for our friends." And was it really necessary with every single person they met to put there likes/dislikes, quotes on the screen. But I still love shounen. Other than those things it had cool things in it. Like a main character who can change trash into trees. That would be good for the environment. I especially liked Robert even though he was creepy sometimes.
Leave it to Kero! Theatrical Version (movie) So-so Cute. I love Spinner.
Legend of Basara (TV) Decent
(The) Legend of the Galactic Heroes (OAV) Weak
Limit Cycle (movie) Very good There was no plot. It was just an animated music video. It was very well done though.
Looking Up At The Half-Moon (TV) So-so Some of it was decent some was really boring...
Love Hina (TV) Weak
Loveless (TV) Weak This was the first anime I saw that didn't have comic relief in it. I didn't think I would miss it so much. It felt like a chore to watch.
Lucky Star (TV) Not really good
Lunar Legend Tsukihime (TV) Weak I think it was a good idea but was represented in a terrible way. Started out decent then got really dull. The characters weren't very likable either.
Magical Chocolate (OAV) So-so This story is too genetic. The girl is annoying cause she won't hurry up and give her crush her chocolate. The story isn't anything special. It's not orginial, just seems "borrowed." The animation looked so sloppy and bad.
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha (TV) Decent The problem with this series is that I felt no connection with the characters. I couldn't even feel sorry for Fate. Fate's reason for fighting just seemed weak. Crona from Soul Eater for example was obviously mistreated by his/her mother. The show actually portray's Crona in a way that makes you feel for her/him. I don't feel the empathy for Fate like I did for Crona. So this show shows no connection with characters. Other thing, there seems to be too much filler in episodes.
Magikano (TV) Good Overall the anime was a good. I only rated it a good because it was one of the funniest animes I've ever seen. It wasn't good enough that I immediately wanted to go to the next episode. I couldn't get into it and I don't know why. I liked how Haruo looked like Yuki Sohma. It did have the most worst ending I ever saw...
(La) Maison en Petits Cubes (movie) Very good sad and touching
MapleStory (TV) So-so This anime was adorable. Very cute. :3
(The) Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (TV) So-so This anime was very... different. I finally found an anime that has an interesting main character. She has a quirky fun personality that really spices up this anime. Lots of interesting things like spells, time travelers, magic, and aliens in it. Somethings were fun to watch that I would usually find boring. Like one episode had them playing baseball. I think baseball is super boring, but Haruhi really spiced it up. Though I thought Yuki was an extremely boring character. I don't see why so many fans of this show like her so much. It had such a disappointing ending. It ended with a half filler episode. Yuki was reading for 5 boring minutes. wth? No objective was settled. Nothing explained. It didn't leave you wanting for more. It ended with just a big pile of bleh. -.-
Midori Days (TV) So-so
Millennium Actress (movie) So-so The way the story was told was way too confusing. One moment she's a girl, some kind of bandit attack and she's suddenly a teenager crying over sombody I don't know. The ending really sucked. It ended (spoiler) with her not finding her love. It was like a slap in the face of all she went through to find him. The end just totally aggravated me. It made me cry a little too.
Miyori in the Sacred Forest (special) Decent It was interesting with spirits and stuff.
Mobile Suit Gundam (TV) Good Very choppy and poorly animated. Char was my fav. Then when he left for a long time it got boring. Then when he got back; I forced myself to pay attention to all of the episodes. Then I liked it and it was very good overall. Then end was very intense. I hated it all the way through but by the ending I was crying and thinking "this wasn't so bad". I never thought in the begining I would watch this a second time. The second time around I didn't mind it being poorly animated. The only characters that stood out the most was Char and Kai. Char because he seemed like a good guy on the wrong side. And Kai because he made things funny or fun when things were boring. Maybe a little Sayla too because she didn't want to fight her brother, Char. All the characters seemed real and human. This time I paid attention to each episode. I didn't mind as much as the first time when Char was absent. Most of the episodes held my interest. I can't say I loved every episode though.
Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket (OAV) Good It kept me interested in each episode. The ending was so emotional and sad. I cried alot.
Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory (OAV) Bad This series is so boring. They should have made this into something shorter than 13 episodes. Because there's alot of boring things that could have been left out. The characters are pretty dull too. I really hated the pervert jerk guy. He kept trying to get a date withe Nina. I hated Kou too; he always looked like a moron. -.- Is is a very forgettable series; I don't remember even half of this boring story.
Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO: The Hidden One Year War (movies) Weak It was too predictable. Whoever was the jerk of the episode died.
Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team (OAV) So-so Kind of boring. But I really liked the ending. It was emotional.
Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam (TV) Weak
Monochrome Factor (TV) Awful
Monster (TV) Decent
Murder Princess (OAV) So-so Interesting, a bounty hunter and princess switching bodies. Episode 4 was boring. But I liked all the other episodes. The ending was really emotional. Then after that it went to a hardcore ending.
Mushi-Shi (TV) So-so This was scary at times. The music was chilling. I think the eye episode was the scariest/creepiest. It felt like a chore to watch sometimes. It was interesting other time. It was creepy and calming at the same time.
My Beautiful Girl Mari (Korean movie) Weak Very Very very boring.
My Hero Academia (TV) Decent
My Hero Academia (TV 2) Good
My Neighbor Totoro (movie) So-so The plot was way too simple for my liking. Captures the innocence of children. I really liked Totoro. But his roar scares me O.o I probably would have liked this better if Totoro was in the movie more.-.-
My-HiME (TV) Not really good Half this series seemed like a filler. It starts off looking like it'll be the most amazing anime. Until a few episodes later everything seems to get duller and duller. Plus they just throw at you a load of characters at once. No introductions whatsoever. Like they expected you to know everybody and expected you to sympathize with them. Like with Alyssa and that blue haired girl. It's like they all of a sudden wanted you to feel for them and their bond. The only reason it got as high as it did was so many unexpected things happening at the end. So many people and their loved ones dying. Finally at the end is where I start feeling for some of the characters. Especially Mai, Mikoto, and Yukino. I hated Shiho. She kept getting in the way, making Tate think he love her instead of Mai.
Nabari no Ou (TV) Very good I got so addicted to this series, I finished it in 3 days. It reminded me of naruto alot, since it had to do with ninja. Most of the characters were loveable; Raikō, Gau, Koichi, Yukimi. Especially Yoite, I got so obsessed with him; he's one of my top fav anime character of all time. The only annoying thing about this is that that school arc went on for too long and it kept annoying me. It would have been a 9/10 is that boring arc didn't exist.
Nanami-chan (TV) So-so It didn't get too into it, but it was very cute.
Nanatsuiro Drops (TV) Decent
Naruto (TV) Very good Naruto was the first anime I watched in more than 5 years and it's what got me into watching anime. Naruto was an anime I first heard from my friend at school. I was hesitant to watch it because I thought it would be a whole bunch of pointless fighting and no plot. Curiosity eventually took the better of me and I watched the first few episodes with my sis. I'll admit, I thought Naruto was boring in the beginning. I gave it a chance. At about when the chunnin exams start is when I really got into it. Naruto is more about reaching for your dreams, friendships, facing hardships, growing up. Since it's the first anime I've watch in so long (feels like my first anime) it'll always have a place in my heart. The only thing I don't like are the fillers. Once I see the filler I never want to watch it again. And once and while things can drag on too long, but I don't mind it as much. It would have gotten a 10 if all the fillers weren't in it.
Naruto the Movie: Guardians of the Crescent Moon Kingdom (movie 3) So-so filler.
Naruto the Movie: Legend of the Stone of Gelel (movie 2) Decent I like this movie the most out of the 3 naruto movies. Because it had Gaara and Kankuro in it. My 2 fav chars.
Naruto the Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow So-so boring filler movie -.-
Naruto: Akaki Yotsuba no Clover o Sagase (OAV) Weak boring.
Naruto: Konoha Sports Festival (movie) Good Funny. It was like a filler except I liked it.
Natsume's Book of Friends (TV) So-so
Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind (movie) Bad I don't remember much, just that I hated it.
Neon Genesis Evangelion (TV) Weak Shinji is the most pathetic excuse for a main character I ever saw. His voice in the dub version just made him sound even more patheic. I had high expectations for this show but it was a huge let down. I dreaded every time I had to sit down and watch an episode of this. Asuka was a very annoying character. And Rei.... Well... She has no personality which makes her boring. I've seen people put her on their top fav character list and I don't understand why. What was with the weird ending?
Ninja Nonsense (TV) Good A very cute anime. I love all the ninja. Why are they all named Sasuke? xD
NITABOH, the Shamisen Master (movie) Good A bit too long and slow paced. It was so inspiring though. Despite being blind and other misfortunes he had, he kept going toward his dream of what he loved to do. The music playing got old after hearing it so much throughout the movie, but I loved how he played in the end. This movie made me want to do what I dreamed of doing.
No Money (OAV) Good Ayase was adorable and had the most dreamiest eyes. When Kanou was using a taming your pet book referance to take care of Ayase. That was funny as heck. The yaoi scenes were super hot. Their relationship really cute. That a huge giant like Kanou would have a soft side for little Ayase.
No. 6 (TV) Good
Noein - to your other self (TV) Very good
Noiseman Sound Insect (movie) Decent I didn't understand anything in this. The animation was so detailed and smooth like the Soul Eater anime. The world and characters were so funky and new. It came with an energetic, fun soundtrack. I'm not sure what the plot was... but I really liked it.
Now and Then, Here and There (TV) Very good
Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan: Demon Capital (TV) Not really good
Nyan Koi! (TV) Decent There were too many cliche characters. There's the average main character who likes another (oblivious to his feelings) girl who's way too sweet. Two twins who are total oppposites. And two annoying hot heads who whenever Junpei does something they hate, they always bash him around with there fists. I'm so sick of hotheads in anime they always do the same thing over and over till the comedy seems childish and overdone. I wish they could act more normal then I would enjoy it better. The thing I really liked about this anime was all the cats. I just love talking cats, kitty situations, and curses. That saved the anime from getting rated lower. I liked the storyline, I just thought the characters were too cliche and annoying.
Oh My Goddess! (OAV) Good Alot happened in five episodes. I didn't know it was possible. The ending is very sweet.
Okamikakushi - Masque of the Wolf (TV) Bad Boring, no plot. The main character became a friend magnet when he just moved to that town. It was kinda creepy how the students got so close to him so fast. O.O
One Piece: The Movie Good
One Punch Man (TV) So-so
Origin ~Spirits of the Past~ (movie) Not really good Agito and Toola's relationship seemed forced. They didn't know each other long enough for Agito to be so determined to save her. The animation was good but the storyline wasn't anything new or unique. Most of it was very boring.
Oseam (Korean movie) Decent It was a little sad through the whole thing that they didn't have a mother. I wanted to beat up the kids that picked on the blind girl in this movie. >.<
Other Worlds (movie) Good
Our Home's Fox Deity (TV) So-so I loved the mythology theme, but it was very lacking in plot. Most of the episodes seemed like a filler and unnecessary scenes. The characters were kinda bland (cliche) except for the fox. With some episodes, I just wanted them to hurry up and end. Other episodes were okay, and sometimes it would get really unique. Like, I love the moments when the fox is in human form his/her scary fox face would show sometimes with sharp teeth. I liked the moments when the fox is in his/her fox form. It's such a beautiful creature with lovely eyes.
Ouran High School Host Club (TV) Good I don't know why I didn't enyoy this as much as I should have. Sometimes it felt like a chore to watch. While I loved watching it at the same time. I really loved the animation style and how funny it was so I rated it as high as I did. I really loved the ending. The ending made me want to rate it a 9/10 but when I remembered back on what I saw, it wasn't a masterpiece. It was good though. When that girl threw Tamaki's phone in the fish tank, so he would be able to call his friends. I yelled at the screen xD
Outlaw Star (TV) Not really good
Pandora Hearts (TV) Good Hmm... what to say about this one... The plot was all over the place. It had some pretty interesting things that's why I gave it an 7. It had a girl that turns into a giant fighting rabbit. It had a cool, hot, one-eyed candy lover. His partner could summon this beautiful dark unicorn. It had a chesire Cat which had the coolest character design. Little Gilbert was my favorite character so fricken adorable. Then when he grew up he became totally hot.
Panyo Panyo Di Gi Charat (TV) Good In the beginning there was something about every episode that irritated me. >.< Maybe the voices, or maybe the random (going nowhere) stories. After about episode 16 I started getting used to the voices. The whole thing is very cute. But the Myo thing after every sentence did get beyond annoying o.O
Paprika (movie) So-so Very confusing story.
Paradise Kiss (TV) Very good
Paranoia Agent (TV) Decent This reminded me of deathnote, in the sense that it was complicated. A bit scary sometimes and a cool theme about dream vs reality.
Peach Girl (TV) So-so Soap opera overdramatic drivel. Everything is blown out of proportion. It's like every episode they act like the world is ending cuz of there petty love triangle. They act childish and stupidly. Just a lot of eye rolling in this one.
Pet Shop of Horrors (TV) Good (sub), Excellent (dub) The scariest anime I've ever seen. Why did I have to watch this at midnight? I'm going to have nightmares now... You'll definately love this if you love thrilling horror stories. Too bad there's only 4 episodes.
(The) Place Promised in Our Early Days (movie) Weak The art was beautiful but the story just bored me to death. >.<
Pokémon 2000 - The Movie (movie 2) Good Watching it again brings back childhood memories.
Pokémon: The First Movie (movie 1) Good I remember loving it as a kid. I've watched it more than 5 times as a kid. I watched it again when I grew up. I didn't like it as much as I did a kid though.
Pom Poko (movie) Decent I love raccoons :) but the ending was kinda of depressing.
Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea (movie) Good A very cute movie. The ending put a smile on my face. The animation was well done. Especially the underwater scene in the beginning. That just blew my mind. So beautiful.
Porco Rosso (movie) Not really good It took me forever to find this in dub. I finally got to see it. But it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Some parts were boring other parts were sightly interesting. War planes aren't really my cup of tea...
Prétear (TV) Excellent Wow, this anime is so emotional. I kept tearing up in some of the episodes. I didn't feel as attatched to the characters. But I felt they were all a sweet happy family to Himeko which I liked. I felt sorry for Sasame... He fell in love with the evil princess. It's not his fault if he falls in love with someone. And people were angry at him for that. I looked forward to every episode.
Princess Jellyfish (TV) Good The funny characters in this show is what makes it so great. Though what I didn't like was the subplot with Shu and that girl that lasted like half the series. I did not care aout them at all. I was surprised that the sisterhood did not find out about Kuronosuke's gender by the end. I smell a second season. Which I'll be watching by the way.
Princess Mononoke (movie) So-so I liked it until the middle. I don't remember how but the story got too confusing for my sis and I. So it was okay for half way through.
Princess Princess (TV) Bad
Princess Tutu (TV) Masterpiece Wow this anime is so awesome. It blew my expectations. It has a prince and a knight. A duck who turns into a girl. Drama, romance, beautiful dancing and music. The perfect fairytale! The only TV anime I rate a 10/10.
Professor Dan Petory's Blues (OAV) Worst ever What the hell was this random crap. Nothing made sense! Maybe you would enjoy it if you were high or something. It's all random jibberish.>.<
Puella Magi Madoka Magica (TV) Masterpiece
Rainbow - Nisha Rokubō no Shichinin (TV) So-so It had a good start, but as it went on the "world is so cruel" treatment seemed so forced and melodramatic that it really annoyed me. It seemed so contrived and trying too hard to make you sad about the characters.
Red Garden (TV) Good Would have been an masterpiece if they had left out some of the confusing filler. This is different an any regular horror story. I never knew what would happen next. The suspense and mystery in the first episode draws you in to watch more and more. The characters seemed real. They acted to how I would predict a real person to act in their situation. The character designs were very lovely. The dubs were great. The only thing I didn't like was whenever Rachel screamed. Her scream is so loud and irritating >.<
Rental Magica (TV) Bad
Revolutionary Girl Utena (TV) Very good
RIN - Daughters of Mnemosyne (TV) So-so
Ringing Bell (movie) Good This movie was so sad. A lamb's innocence is stripped away by his mother's death. What I don't get is why did the lamb want to be the apprentice of his mother's murderer?
Rozen Maiden (TV) Decent It reminded me of fate/stay night except it was way better and intertaining. The bad girl had a cocky cliche attitude like other bad people in anime. But I felt sorry for her at the end cause she just wanted her father's love. And when Jun was breaking down over being bullied in his past; I thought that was really pathetic. I seen so many other anime characters with way worse pasts and some didn't whine about it like he did.
Rozen Maiden: Ouvertüre (special) Good It was pretty good. It showed why Shinku and Suigintou had such a rivalry. And their harsh betrayal. I felt so sorry for Suigintou; she seriously needed love.
Rozen Maiden: Träumend (TV) Decent (dub & sub) I got the same feeling I had from the first series. It was an okay anime but I never felt like going immediately to the next episode. The ending got very touching when Shinku saw her father again. It got me teary. The ending was unresolved, which annoyed me a little. And what about Megu? She was left alive to keep suffering and feeling sorry for herself?
Rumbling Hearts (TV) So-so
Rurouni Kenshin (TV 1996) Decent
Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal (OAV) Decent This anime is so dark and gory. But the story is really cool the fight scenes are awesome. It was so sad when (spoiler) Tomoe died.
Sailor Moon (TV) So-so Most of the time it seemed.... There's evil.... conflict..... yay, we destroyed the evil....happy ending.... too cliche. But there were other moments I absolutely loved. The mystery between how Tuxedo mask knew Sailor Moon. Nephrite and Molly's unexpected romance; and Nephrite's sacrifice. Tuxedo mask remembering sailor moon after his memories were erased. Though I wish they didn't make it so obvious Darien was Tuxedo mask. I knew it from the begining... Why is it so hard for the negaforce to figure out the identities of the sailor scouts? When they're normal they look the same as when they're in their uniforms. -.-
Saint Seiya (TV) So-so
Samurai 7 (TV) Good dub
Save Me! Lollipop (TV) So-so The way they talk was too repetitive how they would keep protecting her in all, which got annoying. I really liked Go and Forte. San and Forte have a cute relationship. They're all named after numbers. Lol. Anyway, the story was cute but way too average and predictable. Zero and Ichi reminded me of Yuki and Kyo as a pair. Ichi was kind and gentle like Yuki. While Zero was hot-tempered like Kyo.
Sayonara Zetsubou-sensei (TV) Decent I love all the quirkiness in this. I understood some references but not all. I love the teacher the most, he's so hot. The beautiful designs on characters clothing really caught my eye. I like the way this anime is animated. It does a variety of unqiue, all different angles in animating and scenes. It didn't have a plot and it didn't go towards any objective, but it was still intertaining.
(The) Secret World of Arrietty (movie) Good The animation is so beautiful in this movie. I especially liked Arrietty's room. The movie held my attention most of the time so I didn't get bored. What I didn't like was the ending. With Arriety moving and never seeing Sho again. :(
Sengoku Basara - Samurai Kings (TV) So-so
Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign (TV) So-so
Serial Experiments Lain (TV) Bad It was so boring. I couldn't wait for it to be over. The ending was very confusing too.
Sex Pistols (OAV) Decent I really liked the kind of style in this ova. All the characters looked hot. It was pretty interesting how every one was a different animal with a human appearance. The yaoi scenes were very hot too. The only problem with it is the scenes go all over the place and throw alot of info at you at once. Very confusing but at the same time I liked it. It took forever for the second ova to come out. When it did I was very disappointed. For it was boring -.-
Shadow Star Narutaru (TV) So-so I was bored through alot of this. What really got to me were the scary scenes. Like the time when one of the dragon child released the gas that killed everyone but Shina and Akira (the music made it even more shocking.) When it got to the scary scenes it gets really good. I really liked Komori for some reason. He was creepy and twisted in a weird way. I just wish (spoiler) he didn't die so soon.
Shaman King (TV 2001) Very good The begining was a little silly. It got good fast and it stayed good throughout the series. But there was alot of fillers in between. The ending got intense too. Len/Ren and Faust were my fav chars. :)
Shanghai Dragon (movie) Decent It wasn't terrible but I couldn't get into it. Somethings didn't make sense like for example. They rode on a beautiful dragon to outerspace, to 300 years in the future of earth. If they went to space, wouldn't they die?
Shattered Angels (TV) Weak
She and Her Cat (OAV) Good It definately had emotion. But nothing really happened...
Shigurui: Death Frenzy (TV) Worst ever
Shiki (TV) Very good I watched it first in sub it didn't have a huge impact on me. I just recently rewatched the series in dub. The story was much easier to follow that way. It impacted me much bigger than the first time. There were too many characters in this series. Most characters were forgettable because they barely had screen time. This anime is slow paced most of the way through but somehow I barely got bored (the second time around). The monk, Seishin is someone I didn't give a second glance to. But the second time around he ended up being my favorite character. The last few episode really get intense and gave me chills.. It just seemed like the whole world was ending when in reality it was just in that small village. The humans went insane at the end and I was siding with the vampires. I felt sorry for all the vampires. And I mean ALL. Even the ones I didn't like much through the series. The soundtrack was beautiful and enchanting, putting an air of mystery in the story. Best vampire story I've ever seen.
Shuffle! (TV) Not really good What's really bad about shuffle is there's this very dull, boring guy. Surrounded by annoying girls who need to get a clue that the guy they like doesn't love them back. The Knights of the Kissy Kaede club made the show look even more stupider. The fathers of the two girls acted like athey were 2 years old and didn't seem responsible in any way. -.- I wanted to see this show for a long time. Now that I've seen it, it was a huge waste of my time.
Sola (TV) Decent
Someday's Dreamers (TV) So-so A little boring but a very calming anime. Very simple. With a little magic in it :)
Sora Iro no Tane (special) So-so cute but too simple.
Sora o Miageru Shōjo no Hitomi ni Utsuru Sekai (TV) Not really good
Soul Eater (TV) Very good There's just so many things to like about this show. The fight scenes were very fluid and detailed. Wickedly awesome, halloween-like anime. (Reminded me of the nightmare before christmas) The comedy was very fresh and unique. There was a nice balance between comedy and seriousness that made me striving to watch more. I got hooked from the first episode. The characters are so easy to like. I absolutely adored Crona. She/he acts just like me in real life. Crona's personality was just spot on from any other anime character I'm compared to. Since were so alike; I felt so much for him/her. He/she's right up there as my most favorite anime character ever. If the annoying fillers weren't in here in the mix. it would have been a 9/10.
Spice and Wolf (TV) Decent For some reason Holo just annoyed me sometimes. She's so pushy.>.< She's like a mellowed down Haruhi. And it was always annoyed when she repeated the phrase "Holo, the wise wolf." I liked how she was a wolf god and stuff. But I didn't understand why she got mad at lawrence for wierd stuff. She's spoiled too. Lawrence was just bland. Each episode had a mellow feel to it. But it sometimes could be boring. Mostly it was about economics which is a boring subject for me. Nora always seemed like she was hiding something.
Spice and Wolf II (TV) So-so
Spirited Away (movie) Masterpiece Beautiful animation. Loveable characters. I loved every single character. Even the witch. xD No face is my fav because he just wanted a family and wanted to make Sin happy cause she made him happy. :3 I tend to like the weird characters. Their was so much emotion in the story. The characters felt very alive. Soundtrack is amazing. I was so sad when it was over. I wanted a sequel T.T
Spring and Chaos (movie) Decent I really liked how passionate and quirky the teacher cat was. The whole movie reminded me of the cat returns because they humanized cats. Though there were some parts in here that were gibberish to me.
Squid Girl (TV) Not really good
Starry Sky (TV) Awful
Steins;Gate (TV) Good
Strawberry Eggs (TV) Decent Very cute and interesting. A touching ending even though it didn't end how I wanted it to. I was reluctant to watch this series. The random title threw me off and I thought it would be silly and stupid. I hated the girls prejudice towards boys and homosexuality. This show showed that boys are just as equal to women.
Strawberry Marshmallow (TV) Decent A very cute series but no plot... Sometimes characters did things too slowly and it could be boring. It took me until episode 6 to think "It's one of the better shows I'm currently watching and I'm actually starting to enjoy this." Miu reminded me of me when I'm around my sister. I get totally random.
Sukisho (TV) Decent I liked it alot. Especially Nanami cause he reminded me of Yuki alot. So I loved Nanami alot. I like sweet, feminine guys alot for some reason. The ending was sweet :)
Summer Days with Coo (movie) Decent Nice, peaceful movie, but had too many slow/dragged out scenes.
Summer Wars (movie) Decent It was sorta like the girl who leapt through time. The character designs were similar and so was the smooth animation. It held my interest through most of it. The movie seemed super long to me. Kazuma was my favorite.
Sumomomo Momomo - Chijō Saikyō no Yome (TV) Decent Momoko constently called Koushi-dono over and over which really got annoying. Koushi always seemed like a jerk. Sanae was okay but she kept getting in the way of Momoko and koushi. Also there seemed to be too much showing on Sanae's god ugly suit that showed too much. The humor was really good though. My fav char was Hanzo.
Suteki desu wa, Sakura-chan! Tomoyo no Cardcaptor Sakura Katsuyaku Video Nikki! (OAV) So-so Just boring...
Sweet Valerian (TV) Not really good Rated high for cuteness. It's like the powerpuff girls except with bunnies. My only problem with this series is that I had to watch most of the episodes without english subs.-_- Also the storylines were too simple and predictable.
Sword of the Stranger (movie) So-so Story kinda of too simple... Decent characters. Nice animation. I didn't like the little brat in the beginning but he was okay later on. I liked Tobimaru too.
Tales from Earthsea (movie) Weak Most of it was boring some parts I liked :) And it had cool phrases said. Like "there can't be life wihout death." "To live you need to give life to others" meaning you live to make others happy. But the bad guy was so crrreeeeppyyy O.e
Tales of Vesperia: The First Strike (movie) Weak The animation was good. The story seemed pretty average. The characters were flat. There were some things I liked in the movie. Like Lambert and his wolf cub. The fight scene was really cool at the end.
Tegami Bachi: Letter Bee (TV) Decent Animation is nice to look at. Anime has originality and some charm, but there were too many fillers which ruined it. It seemed to be directionless. Lag cried in every episode which got annoying after awhile. Though he was a crybaby he was likeable/sweet and you could still cheer him on. I liked gauche but he was absent through most of the anime. Though generally likable, the characters were underdeveloped and I didn’t know their backgrounds and didn’t get into any character. Overall, easy/enjoyable to watch but lacked depth and direction.
Tekkonkinkreet (movie) Good I got a liitle bored at some parts of the movie. At the same time it kept me interested throughout the movie. I thought the ending was really amazing; how they were showing Black choosing between a light and dark nature.
A Thousand & One Nights (movie) Decent A very wierd movie. I don't remember anyone's name XD. The content in it was pretty bold coming out in the 1960s. Sometimes I wished it was over cause it was late and was a pretty long movie. Some of the events that happened were interesting to watch. Like when the main character went to that island of women; they told him not to go into the forest at night because of a secret. He did anyway and he witnessed them all turning into snakes. That's scared me. And the whole time I couldn't wait to see the main character's reaction when he found out that the woman he wants to marry turns out to be his daughter. o.o
Tiger & Bunny (TV) Not really good
Tokyo Ghoul (TV) So-so
Tokyo Ghoul √A (TV) Weak
Tokyo Ghoul: Jack (OAV) Not really good
Tokyo Ghoul: Pinto (OAV) So-so
Tokyo Ghoul:re (TV) Bad
Tokyo Godfathers (movie) Good Three homeless people taking care of a baby. That idea sounded so cute to me. This movie did have an air of cutness about it. It was animated well. The characters were well done. Sometimes would have funny expressions. There were small bits that made it more enjoyable. I especially liked Hana. He/she was really quirky, funny, and sweet.
Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 (TV) Good Most of it was kinda boring but as it got to the end, I cried so much. When *spoiler* Yuki died, he was just a little kid. T.T The end reminded me of Grave of the fireflies.
Tokyo Mew Mew (TV) So-so Ichigo couldn't not have picked the worst person to be in love with. He's so bland, he bores me to death. >.< This show is pretty repetitive but okay. If Kisshu wasn't in this show, it would have sucked. Cuz the main girls are bland too. Ichigo has too much unneeded emphasis cuz she's the leader. The others just meld into one blob team and loose most individuality.
Toradora! (TV) So-so I liked this. Ryuji and Taiga had a cute relationship. And I liked everybody else except Ami. Some episodes were boring. But others were very cute or interesting. A heartwarming anime but way over hyped.
A Tree of Palme (movie) So-so Most of the time it's super confusing. But being confused made it hard to know what will happen next. It was very interesting and weird (in a good way)
Trinity Blood (TV) Weak
Tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE the Movie: The Princess in the Birdcage Kingdom So-so
Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations (OAV) Decent
Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE (TV) Not really good Terrible TERRIBLE pacing. And terrible dialogue. They say dumb obvious things just to say something. The pacing.. just OMG. Every episode is dragged out to the thinnest. They'll insert dialogue and they'll have pauses between talking for no reason but to stretch out the episode. And scenes will just stay on that frame forever. People in crowds don't get animated much. Can be boring most of the time.
Tsubasa: Spring Thunder (OAV) So-so
tsuritama (TV) Very good
Tweeny Witches (TV) Decent
(The) Twelve Kingdoms (TV) Not really good there are too many flashbacks and it really hampers the anime. There was an interesting worldbuilding, however, there were loads of terms thrown around to the point that its confusing and made me roll my eyes. At times its a bit preachy and seems that it wants the audience to side with a certain idea/character whenever they have arguements. Which I hate. I like when arguements are not one-sided, having valid points that make the audience wonder which is the right one. The audience especially wants the audience to hate the princess like the townspeople "because she was ignorant of her father and should have known better." The townspeople almost kill her because of her ignorance and I was angry that this anime seems to want to justify the townspeople's actions. The townspeople never get punished and the princess is saved and repeatedly preached to that she's a brat and should have known better. This infuriated me most, I felt sorry for the princess and wanted other people to pay. But this anime wants to justify the princesses abuse and execution because "she should not have been ignorant of her fathers actions."
Urayasu Tekkin Kazoku (TV) Weak I hated how they always kept there mouth open. Their constant yelling and nasty-looking expressions always annoyed me. It's filled with toilet humor.
Vampire Knight (TV) So-so I couldn't really get a feel for the characters. Some of it was boring, yet other parts were really good. Plus all the boy characters were hot. I kept hearing talk about how amazing this anime is. It wasn't as good as I was expecting.
Vampire Knight Guilty (TV) Decent
Voices of a Distant Star (OAV) Decent It was boring most of the way through. Near the ending, it got so heartwrenching. The art very very detailed but not as detailed as 5 centimeters per second. I thought it was more sadder than the other though. It made me cry more. In 5 centimeters, the lovers were far apart but they could probably see each other again and text eachother messages all the time. In this one, they were so far apart that they would probably never see each other again. And they had to wait 8 years to recieve messages from eachother.
(The) Wallflower (TV) Decent I didn't like how the boys wanted Sunako to look pretty. Like, Why does it matter? And when people were saying "is she human?" It annoyed me that beauty was a big theme about this show. There was too much screaming, that hurt my ears. And they were making her change into someone she didn't want to be. The plot was lame too.
Wandering Son (TV) Not really good In the begining I liked the idea of a boy wanting to be like a girl but the story seemed to sweep away from that subject and put in a whole bunch of boring stuff I didn't care about. People say the manga is so much better. As for the anime, it's too confusing on who is who and boring.
When They Cry - Higurashi (TV) Not really good
Whisper of the Heart (movie) Decent This movie really inspired me. I always wanted to be one, but I'm such a crappy writer. After I watched this I immediately wanted to start writing the book I was dreamt of writing. Other than that, this movie was pretty average and was boring alot of the time.
White Album (TV) Awful Can't remember anything in this show. All the characters are dull and have zero personality. Every episode beyond boring. I didn't even know what the story was about. TERRIBLE!!!!
Wolf Children (movie) So-so
Wolf's Rain (TV) Good Had a very interesting plot. The recaps were unnecessary and annoying to get through. Favorite characters: Quent- Blue - Toboe
(The) World God Only Knows (TV) Weak
X (TV) Decent
Yosuga no Sora - In solitude where we are least alone (TV) Decent
Yozakura Quartet (TV) Weak Not much of a plot. Every episode seems like some random everyday life for the characters. Though, I liked that the characters had unique abilities. There were cool characters designs too.
Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files (TV) Very good I would have rated this a 9/10 if it were for the fact that I never felt like watching the next episode. There were some unique cool stuff in this anime but I never felt excited to see what happens next. There were lots of great things in this anime. The main character was actually cool. Amazingly great dialogue in the dub. The cast of characters were so likable. Especially Kuabura, he was like a puppy. Sometimes I wouldn't want to watch it though. It took me forever to finish it when I was near the end of the anime. It dragged on for too long then I started getting sick of it. For some reason I didn't like watching fights between Yusuke and other people. I liked his teammates fights except Yusuke's.
Yumedamaya Kidan (special) Good Smoothly animated. Cool characters. A fun animation about dreams to escape reality's challenges. Predictable ending but entertaining none the less. I liked the snake dream sphere dealer; he had a cute voice.
Zatch Bell (TV) Good This anime was so inspiring and emotional. Lots of parts made me cry. The end was especially intense and very awesome. :) Good comedy too. The fillers along with the ending with zatch continuing the battle to decide the king (not a real ending) left me to rate it an 7/10. It would have been a 10/10
Zatch Bell: 101st Devil (movie) Good This brings back memories of watching the series. Has great fighting scenes.
Zombie-Loan (TV) So-so It had an interesting concept but it was represented in a boring way. The characters though hot and well drawn, weren't really in depth. Kinda cliche. A loud mouth hot head. And a cool headed jerk hanging around a pathetic, cry baby girl. How much more boring of characters can you get? Though it started getting better near the end of the anime.
